A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

We spent a month here and immediately felt at home. The kitchen, especially, is well equipped with everything we needed to make meals. The sitting room is the central spot with views of both sea, the Serra Grossa in Alicante, and mountains behind. The furniture is comfortable with many choices for relaxing. You won’t regret staying here.

We look back on a super nice 10 day stay in Calp. This is most definitely due to the lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment of Patricia and Veronica. Fully equipped. We were well received and shown the way in the apartment. Patricia kept us updated on the activities in Calp during the holidays. And with a question from our side, a quick and clear response back. When you exit the main entrance and turn left you are after 100m on a lovely clean beach. In the immediate vicinity a supermarket and cafe Seamos where you can go for a top coffee and lunch. In short, Patricia and Veronica's apartment is definitely recommended!

A comfortable apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and the city skyline. A well-maintained pool is available. Quiet and quiet area. The perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Great communication with your host.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay here! we had a 3 and 6 year old and there was so much space for them in the apartment. All amenities were available. The location is fantastic, on the beach in less than 30 seconds. It was the cleanest beach we've ever seen with lovely wooden play areas dotted all the way along which our kids loved. Plenty of eating options too, and the place directly opposite, although not 'fancy' was so cheap and easy for breakfast drinks and snacks and was always lively. We got 2 buses from the airport which was so easy even with 2 kids 2 cases and a buggy. we also got the bust to Alicante Town in the evenings which was very easy and cheap. Alicante old town is lovely, so much culture and a lot to see. Highly recommend the castle as well. We had a few issues during our stay (not to do with the apartment) and Hagen was so easy to contact and helped us immediately which we are very greatful for. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a lovely time at this apartment. It really is set up for families as Nik&Carol have thought of everything! Cutlery, plates, high chair, bath, baby rocker, toys, socket protectors and even extra bedding for the beds and the cot which were very helpful. It has a lovely terrace with toys and places for the little people to play. The beds are also comfy. They have a lot of beach things including towels, toys, chairs.. so you can just walk down (5 minutes) and enjoy the amazing beach and view. We would highly recommend this place for people traveling with little ones.

Our one-month stay at this apartment was wonderful! From day one, Martine and Philippe were extremely kind and always attentive to the fact that everything was fine during my stay. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. One detail we really appreciated was that they left us a cot and a chair for our baby, which was very convenient and helped us feel at home from day one. The views are amazing and the location could not be better - just down there is a very practical supermarket and the beach is just a 5 minute walk away. In addition, there are many restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area to enjoy the local atmosphere. I definitely recommend this place 100% and will be back in the future.

We spent almost 6 weeks in this apartment and had a great time! The apartment had everything for our long stay. Additional pluses: desk and terrace. Ideal location, away from the hustle and bustle but still a short walk from the beach and city center. And the green hill with the castle at the end of the street! Wonderful to walk in the evening and enjoy the view. Teresa helped us super well. She responds quickly and it is very nice to communicate with her. We would definitely go again!

Had a great week and fantastic views! Communication was very nice, got an immediate answer. The only downside was that we couldn't use the washing machine.

Our stay with Charles was very positive overall. We particularly appreciated the pleasantness of the accommodation (location, brightness, charm, layout) and especially Charles's kindness and responsiveness. His availability to solve our problems remotely was very appreciated and testifies to his excellent sense of hospitality. However, there were a few things to improve regarding the excessive brightness in the bedrooms at night and the noise of the ventilation in the small room. In short, it could be described as a pleasant stay, greatly facilitated by Charles's kindness and involvement, despite some minor inconveniences.

We had a very nice stay in Altea. The apartment is nice with a fantastic sea view. Outdoor there is a large swimming pool and good car parking. It is located close to the city centre and has a lot of sights within walking distance. We received excellent service from the host.

We were very comfortable, José Luis and his wife were very attentive and gave us many facilities to settle in. The mattresses are comfortable. The area is very good, 5 minutes from the beach. we will surely repeat

Apartment has a fantastic view, beautiful pool and nice beach. Apartment could be made more comfortable with nicer furniture on the balcony and nicer bedding and some art on the walls. Walls were super thin and can hear every word from neighbors two apartments down. Had an issue our first night with very loud neighbors but host fixed that immediately.

We had an amazing time staying here, the apartment is well set up, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooftop was our favourite space to spend time. Manuel was very helpful and had everything set up for our arrival with a baby. We loved our stay and would happily return.

Very good neighborhood, very close to the sea, right under the house a big shop, close to a lot of restaurants. Very clean, comfortable apartment, the apartment has everything you need for a rest. Very helpful owner, responds quickly. We were very happy with the stay.

Another fabulous stay. 3rd time staying there and as usual it was perfect. One negative, which was out of the owners hands, there was works gong in the apartment above and we were woken up early each morning with either hammering or drilling. Anyway thank you for letting us use your apartment.

We were very comfortable. Comfortable, quiet apartment and ideal for going with little ones. The access to the pool, the proximity to the beach, and the park… a tipzo. Maybe the sofa and the big bed could be a more comfortable pelin, but it is compensated with everything else. The host, Carmen, a sweetheart. Very attentive to everything and answered immediately, very close and made us feel very comfortable. We will certainly love to come back.

I had a longer stay at Dan’s apartment and everything was just as described. What stood out most was the beautiful sunset view in the evenings—over the hills and the surrounding landscape. It often reminded me of Tuscany. A peaceful and memorable experience.

Overall, really good value for money. Nice big space, well-equipped and fast broadband which is what I was looking for. Location-wise it's a few mins walk to the lovely little cove-style beach where you can get the usual coffees, tapas, restaurant meals, a few decent sized supermarkets etc. And if you go the other direction, you're right at the start of Benidorm's two famous beaches. The only point I'd make regarding location is that it's on a smallish hill which I don't mind at all but worth bearing in mind. And it can get v windy -depending on the wind direction, you can hear it at night, so maybe bring earplugs. But in general, the location for me was a big plus - I hadn't realised there's an amazing cliff/beach walk all the way to Villajoyosa and if you're not quite up to that, there are other shorter - but fairly steep - walks with some great viewing points. On this note, it's worth going to floor 43 at the nearby Gran Bali and the viewing platform/bar...

The accommodation, as it appears in the listing, and Teresa attended us at all times with kindness and speed. He was in touch during our stay, in case we needed anything else. We will definitely repeat when we come back in the Denia area.
