It consists of an open space with living room and kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a recent, high-quality double bed. The apartment is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and free high-speed Wi-Fi. It is located on the third floor (counting the ground floor), and the building has an elevator, although you need to climb 5 steps to reach it.

This is a legal tourist flat with license for 2 guests. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia, just one block away! Tourist tax is included, so no extra charges! Combining the old building with a modern loft style my goal is that you feel at a second home. Two large glass doors allow access to the balcony that overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.
