The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. The property is located in a villa of the UNESCO-recognized Hanseatic city of Stralsund with its eventful history, its unique waterfront location and the imposing buildings of brick Gothic architecture. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, you will find a one-bedroom apartment in a convenient location. After 1 km you are in the centre of the old town with the Gothic Town Hall and other historical sights, the tourist centre and numerous restaurants.

Güterloft Altefähr

Güterloft Altefähr was built in 1936 to the Altefähr train station, which has existed since 1883. It served as a storage and recharging station and was extensively renovated in 2022. As far as the preservation of monuments allows, sustainability and accessibility were taken into account during the renovation, so the building is equipped with a heat pump and can be accessed with low barriers via its renewed ramp.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

Our apartment is in the middle of the Stralsund Old Town in a very quiet side street. Art and culture and plenty of restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. It's a 15-minute walk to the city beach. Our place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.
