Jon was a great host and supplied everything we needed, also really quick to answer any questions. The place was amazing and in great condition, really nice rural location with plenty of towns to explore nearby for day trips. We had a lovely week and a half staying there and exploring the local area! The house has everything you need and the pool table, swimming pool & BBQ are perfect for relaxing days staying in and enjoying the sunshine! Thanks Jon!

Accommodation located in a quiet area which is very nice, while still close to Brive for all the shops, we lacked nothing! Sandrine and her husband are very welcoming! They have good tips for restaurants and local activities/visits. The pool is lovely even if the weather for our week was not ideal to make the most of it. The accommodation is exactly as described, it is very well equipped and is very clean. We would have no problem coming back!

It was an unforgettable vacation! Villa with a stunning view in complete unity with nature and at the same time 5 minutes drive to the city. Excellent covered terrace with a swimming pool allows you to enjoy nature, silence and fresh air even in rainy weather. The hosts were very responsive and ready to help. We had a great weekend, aurelie is very responsive and welcoming. Very clean accommodation, the rain didn't stop us from enjoying the pool which is heated. The place is peaceful and quiet, very good plan to relax and unwind. We will not hesitate to return.

A real breath of fresh air in a beautiful house, perfect for a weekend with friends and family. The setting is peaceful, the ideal location, and everything is designed to make you feel good. Florence is a lovely host, attentive and always available. It felt like home there… and we already want to come back!

Very good villa in a quite location near Sarlat centre. A little too far to walk to the town centre (steep narrow roads), however Emmanuelle gave us directions to a free car park which was only 2 minutes from the villa and only a 5 minute walk to town. The villa is equipped with a good range of facilities, including dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. Plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery/cooking pans. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 with en-suite facilities and one with only a bath, which was a little inconvenient as the toilet was outside the room. There is a good gas fired barbeque at the front of the villa with comfortable outside dining facilities. The pool area is very nice and secluded. It has good quality sun loungers and a couple of easy chairs under a gazebo. It was a little too cool to use the swimming pool during our visit, however it should be very pleasant in warmer weather. Everyone had a great time.

very pleasant holiday in Sarlat. the accommodation is well thought out, we were able to enjoy the heated pool and the large garden despite cool temperatures. our children loved finding books and swinging. Sylvie is very responsive. i recommend it.

Very nice house, perfectly suitable for a group (we were four families of friends with children). The place is very calm and the scenery is beautiful. Very well-equipped house.

We had a great time in the heart of the Périgord Noir at Émeline's, accompanied by our twins under 2 years old and our 2 dogs. The accommodation as well as the garden and pool are really very pleasant and quiet in the heart of nature. We all felt very comfortable and we were hosted very well! Émeline was very available and always very responsive no matter the question! There are so many things to see and visit in this very dog-friendly area, we will be happy to come back to Émeline's, our 10 days of vacation were not enough to discover everything!!

We had a great stay. Martine's welcome was very pleasant, the cottage is very large and has all amenities (the pool table and ping pong table are really pluses), and the location is excellent: swimming/fishing lake accessible a few meters away and many sites to visit in the nearby area. I would totally recommend it!

We only stayed 3 days without unfortunately being able to enjoy the very beautiful swimming pool due to capricious weather, but enjoyed the many quality appliances, sufficient dishes, etc. The house is very well equipped and very clean. Our host was responsive and attentive to our comfort.

We would recommend this listing, Spacious house following a beautiful renovation, For a large capacity, it's nice to have 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets the games room in the basement allows fun with foosball and ping pong The bowling alley next to the barbecue has convivial moments. Beautiful panoramic view from a terrace at the entrance to the house.

Lovely gîte in beautiful setting with fantastic outside spaces. Superb pool with beautiful views towards Sarlat. Wonderfully equipped accommodation with everything you could need. It was lovely to turn up and have the beds made and not have to shop for any of the essentials such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc. Katie was a wonderful host, with a great knowledge of the area. She provided an excellent welcome pack which we really appreciated. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend.

Our stay was simply exceptional thanks to the warm and caring welcome from our host. The house, beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of an incredible region, exceeded all our expectations. Beautiful holiday home, fully kitted out with everything you might need. It was also pristine in terms of cleanliness. Sam (the host) was extremely helpful when we arrived (and flexible as we were running late) and was on hand with any questions throughout our stay. The house was extremely comfortable and finished to a v high spec (blackout blinds, aircon etc). Lots of toys / games to entertain the children (and us!). Travel cot and change mat was provided for free for our 10m old, the electric pool cover felt v safe with the children as well (and looked nice for a pool cover!). The vegetable garden was a nice touch (we were lucky with tomatoes, courgettes and peaches from the garden). 4 nights was not enough, we could have stayed a lot longer. In terms of local visits, we managed to see the Marqueyssac gardens, Castelnaud and Sarlat but there was plenty more close by, the house was really well located. Thanks for a brilliant stay - we will be back!

Great stay! The setting is splendid, the house is very pretty. Maud and Nicolas are attentive hosts, and we had a great time of conviviality in these places.

Hi, Joëlle is very responsive to communication, she responds quickly to any questions. The accommodation is very well located, between Collonges la rouge ( barely 5 minutes by car) and Turenne ( about 10 minutes by car). The accommodation is clean and well-equipped. The exteriors are very nice, with a beautiful sunset over Turenne. There are also children's amenities, ping pong table, badminton rackets… The place is very nice and quiet and the hosts are very kind and available.

Thank you so much for your kind hospitality! The cottage is well equipped... especially for book lovers, with a beautiful seating area for reading. Quiet with views of a beautiful garden and well located for visiting the area (Lascaux, Padirac, Sarlat...)
