Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

The apartment is in a peaceful and central location, within walking distance of the city, the Metro station and the main train station. It contains a bright bedroom, a large living room and dining kitchen with access to the balcony. There is an elevator inside the property itself and a private parking space in the neighboring property. The apartment is directly adjacent to Sankt Jørgens Sø, a lovely and green recreational area in the middle of the city. Feel free to ask about a longer stay.

House 12 km to Copenhagen and 600 m to the beach

120 kvm stort hus med 3 soveværelser, med senge til 8 voksne. Der er endnu en ekstra soveplads (sovesofa) inde i stuen, så 9 sovepladser i alt. Huset ligger 600 m til en badestrand og 200 m til supermarkeder. Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Stylish, comfortable decor in a quiet location. Enjoy uninterrupted views over the nature reserve from the large balcony. If you like the city, nature and beautiful interior you will love this place. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. IIt is only a two-minute walk to the metro, so it is easy to be downtown Copenhagen or at the airport in just 12 minutes. Coffeeshop, restaurant, pizza place, supermarket and the local bar is all just in 2-5 minutes walking distance.

City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, BUT ONLY IF YOU LOVE EACH OTHER – the 120 cm wide futon is now equipped with top mattress so guests no longer get back-aches. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.
