Here we are very concerned about cleaning. Cozy one-room annex of about 20 sqm. Two double beds, they can be made into two sofas. Small cozy sofa. TV. Smaller kitchen for simple cooking. Mini oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and kitchen utensils. Duvets and pillows with bed linen. Bathroom and smaller hallway for clothes and shoes. There's a romantic hot tub outside. The house is right by bus 35 to the airport. It is only five minutes from the idyllic fishing village with old yellow houses and harbor. Nice beach and swimming area.

Fantastic newly built & modern houseboat on 2 floors. Upper floor: entrance and guest toilet. Large & bright kitchen & dining room that ends in a nice living room. From the living room, there is access to a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the unique view, morning, noon & evening sun. Take a dip or enjoy a trip on a paddleboard. Downstairs: 3 rooms: 1 bedroom with double bed & terrace. 1 children's bedroom with 1 single bed 90x200cm. 1 children's bedroom with single bed 80x200cm option for 160x200cm bed. Large nice bathroom.

Cozy annex close to Copenhagen

Small guest house (one room and one toilet) with double bed and sofa bed, mini kitchen with fridge and a single hob and microwave, dining area, toilet, TV and access to terrace. Access to the bathroom in the main house by appointment. Duvets and pillows with covers. Free parking. Possibility of charging an electric car with a type 2 plug. Buses to the city center nearby, it takes 20 minutes to get there. Note: The sofa bed is not so wide and is best suited for a single adult or two children or two adults who want to lie close.

We rent out our newly renovated guest house, which ideally fits 2 people. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with free parking and has a kitchen, washing machine, bed and dining table, a bathroom and private exit to the secluded corner of the garden with sunny terrace. Shopping options are within 5 minutes walking distance, and in just 30 minutes you will arrive by public transport to the city center or to the airport. If you also dream of seeing Malmö in Sweden, you will get here in just 40 minutes.

There is a large sleeping area, dining table with two chairs, small kitchen with two induction hobs and a small toilet. Direct access to the garden via large double doors. Exit to small undisturbed west facing terrace with afternoon sun. Furthermore, access to a nice modern bathroom in the main house via separate entrance from the basement.

Rustic and beautiful newly renovated soulful annex, and an idyllic view over field and meadow. Fall asleep to the song of the nightingale, and wake up to pheasants and deer. The annex is surrounded by nature, with plenty of options for nature walks, past the neighboring sheep and beautiful grazing horses on the nearby grasscovered hills. Come home from your walk, and cook in the kitchen in the annex, and enjoy your meal in the included small garden area, watching the sunset and nightfall.

Small mini house 10 min from Copenhagen centrum

Enjoy your stay with ease and be close to Copenhagen centrum. Metro (Sundby) 600 meters away and 8 min to centrum (Kgs Nytorv) by metro. The mini house is next to our own house in a safe, quit and cozy area. Close to a local supermarked and 30-40 min walk to historical Christianshavn. It has a small bedroom, kitchen/Living room and bedroom. A small area outfront to enjoy your breakfast. Free parking spot. Close to Bella center and fields. 10 min from airport by car and 20 min by metro.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located home. The nearest metro is Sundby Metro Station, from which the center of Copenhagen is only four stops away (Kgs. Nytorv Metro Station) Located close to Bella Center, the highway and Fields in quiet surroundings. The home is furnished with a new bathroom, kitchen and bedroom (living room) in Dec. 2021 and appears brand new. Kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and hobs. Parking is available at no extra cost.

Wonderfull Houseboat in Copenhagen

Wonderfull houseboat in Copenhagen. The authentic and cosy atmosphere around the harbour makes you feel at peace. You can jump right into the clear water from the houseboat or enjoy a drink on the raft. My home is rustic and quirky, not modern! The city center is 20 minutes away by bike.🌞 A latter/steep stairace is connecting the two floors on the boat. There are 2 double beds downstairs and 1 sofa bed upstairs. I prefer to rent out for min. 4 nights.

Fantastic unique tinyhouse that fits 4 grown ups or a family with up to 3 kids. You have everything you need: bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The beach is 400 meters away. The metro is 500 meters away. The city centre is only 4 stops, and the airport 2 stops. It is a perfect House for when you want to explore the city and need a place to eat and sleep.
