Vacation rentals with lake access in Amantaní

Luis, Antonia and their children welcomed us with open arms! We really were part of the family during our stay. Great times shared! The accommodation is by the lake, Llachon is a small village that allows you to immerse yourself in typical Peruvian life. We will keep very good memories of our stay. Thanks again Luis and Antonia!

The hosts were very welcoming. They picked us up from the port, very responsive by message when we had any questions. The view is splendid (especially for the sunrise). And the little bonus: the catering service and the quality/quantity of the food was perfect! Thanks very much Edwin and Ruben!

Nice place with a lake view, very close to the Main Square of Puno. It was super clean, which was extremely pleasant. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, as well as bathroom. The host also offers guided tours in the lake, which was nice and easy to organize. Thanks :)

Customers need to climb up to 7 flights of thin and steep spiral stairs, but the view at the top is amazing. The side of the room is large windows and the view is good, but it is woken by the morning sun. In short, the structure itself is unique and fun.You might want to share your preferences.I loved it. The kitchen, bathroom, bed, everything was perfectly clean. Our host Jesús gave us many kind advice.

Everything excellent with Jesus's place, he sent us directions on how to get there and use his facilities correctly to avoid any inconvenience. Good communication.

Everything was excellent. The house is very large, comfortable and nice, with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay. David is a real gentleman, a very friendly and attentive person. I felt very comfortable in the apartment and with my incredibly welcoming, friendly host from the start. Great location just a short walk from the lake, close to shops and restaurants but very quiet for a decent night’s rest. Janet was a great host who was more than willing to help with all of my questions and requests. The apartment had everything I needed. I would 100% stay again and recommend to my friends.

The place was perfect to unwind a few days and enjoy the wonderful Lake Titicaca. Eder and his family made us feel at home, they were very attentive and helpful and made our stay better than we thought. 100% recommended!

Great apartment on Cuzco, very well equipped and very pleasant

Amazing stay. Host went above and beyong to meet my needs. Early check in allowed, took me fishing on his boat, lended me cover for the wheather, etc. Peaceful place with great energy. It is a 1 minute walk to shore and less than 5 minutes walk to the boat's pick up and drop place.

We loved our stay with Gloria and Omar! They were flexible with collection and drop off. Their place is so tranquil and beautiful. The gas heater and 6 layers of blankets really helped with the cold night and there was piping hot running water. While the sun shone we lounged on the outside beds and played games. Gloria cooked us a delicious dinner and breakfast and took us round the Uros Islands the following day, Omar showed us his fishing nets. Such a lovely friendly family and wonderful place to stay!! Can’t recommend enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Eduardo was a great host, provided us with great lunch and dinner. He took us on tours around the island. It was a peaceful, relaxing stay as well as us learning about the culture .

Let's go. What kind of trip are you looking for? Do you want a tourism with a lot of local culture and cuisine? This is the right place. Do you want luxury? It's not here. The accommodation is simple and meets expectations. Some rooms overlook the lagoon, I think it's worth asking beforehand if the room you'll be staying in will have a view. The shower doesn't get very hot and sometimes there's not much water, but it's worth the experience. The food is excellent and local, they cook for a fixed amount per meal. They also arrange some tours for you and explain everything about the local culture. It's worth it!

Staying here in Amantani was more wonderful than we ever expected! Luis didn't just act as host, but also as tour guide, and good friend. He made us feel right at home. The house was beautiful and cozy, with many touches of Quechua lifestyle including alpaca wool sheets! Also hosting was Luis's mother, Fernanda, who was the sweetest abuela one could ever meet. Her cooking was just as delightful as her presence in the home. Overall this was a perfect homestay experience and we would love to stay again.

Norka's home is in a beautiful location in a close knit farming community on the edge of the beautiful Lake Titicaca. The house is perfect for a peaceful getaway with panoramic views of the water and mountains. it's set back from the main road so you need to walk down the hill to access it, like all of the houses in the area. Norka's representative in the community is Wilber, who was the kindest, most attentive host and helped us to feel right at home. he provided a beautiful breakfast (with amazing fried bread!) organised activities and we even had a meal at his house cooked by his wife. the freshest trout I've ever had! the community in Luquina is just amazing so if you want to experience life on the edge of the world with the best people, this is the place. Norka herself was very communicative and super friendly. we had an issue with the WiFi which she resolved immediately and was very helpful in every other way. a lovely person with good energy which can be felt in the house.

We had a great time at Juana's place. Peaceful moments, quiet. Juana is an exceptional host: welcoming, kind, she communicates very well (even if our Spanish is very average). We followed Juana in her everyday activities and she offered us other activities. On top of all that, the food is very good at Juana's!! Thanks again! We recommend 100%!

This is easily the best place we visited on our trip around South America. Nelio and his family are so lovely and the food his wife is cooked for dinner was delicious. Definitely recommend.
