Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN You have your own private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

You will have the rear half of our house. Self contained with its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, bathroom,huge living area, laundry and tiny kitchen, BBQ and outdoor seating in an undercover area.
