Beautiful, air-conditioned studio apartment in older building with home comforts and stunning views of Fremantle Port and the Fremantle War Memorial. There is also free parking. We have also just installed a new washing machine; paid dryers are downstairs. It's an easy ten-minute walk to central Fremantle, with its bars, cafes and restaurants. From there, it's a short stroll down High Street to Bathers Beach. Fremantle Hospital is an eight-minute walk; the train station is fifteen.

Freo Limestone studio
The limestone studio, full of Freo character, is conveniently located close to the rich cultural life Freo has to offer; beaches, cafes and historic Freo with galleries and music. All are within walking distance. There are also several buses to take one into the heart of Freo and to the train station. The studio at the back of the main house has access to a screened private area of garden with a little deck, a weeping mulberry tree and some native plants.

Cottage on King is situated in an historical part of East Fremantle's Plympton Ward. Our home is an original 1905 worker's cottage which has been renovated and extended. The rented space is part of the original cottage with my main residence connected to the back of the rented space. It is situated less than 100 metres from George Street cafe's, bars and restaurants and the Swan River. Close to the beach, public transport and Fremantle.
