Nice house, very well located, with magnificent view of Riom. The environment is quiet with very little traffic. Gilles is very responsive and responded promptly to all our requests.

Sébastien was very welcoming. The place is even better than in the photos. Spacious, the possibility of arranging the dining room is a plus and the games room doesn't talk about it!! Too good! The whole family , big and small, was thrilled!! We keep the address, that's for sure!!

Are you a nature lover? You'll be in the right place. This cottage is a tastefully decorated haven of peace. Magali was an available host for us, anxious to know if we lacked anything with nice touches as soon as we arrived. The maisonette has a large wooded and enclosed lot. Absolute tranquility. Plus, there are plenty of nearby activities and hikes from the house. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice accommodation, quiet and very comfortable for easily 8-10 people. Very well furnished and bright. Numerous kitchen amenities, board games for real family sharing moments. Having only spent one night, we did not have the opportunity to discover the restaurants of the city but only the Moroccan one that had just opened right next to the accommodation and really recommended! I'll save the best for last... Aurelie and Kamel are extraordinarily kind, dedicated and caring for the people they host. A big thank you to them. I highly recommend this listing!

We are delighted with the stay we just had! We wanted to disconnect a little after the holidays, mission accomplished! The house is located in a very quiet small village, full of pretty walks to take in the vicinity without needing to take the car! The equipment is functional, everything is available! We were lucky with the weather, but we wouldn't have been cold anyway. The stove in the living room is warm enough, and the radiators in the bedrooms do their job! We really loved our stay! The owners are responsive, super helpful and very nice!

Everything was great! Christine responds very quickly to messages. We had a great time with friends, the house is beautiful and we did not lack anything. Thank you for everything 🙂

We usually look for calm, tranquility and a house that welcomes our cats (which is not so common, "pets allowed" can only mean dogs...). There, we had everything!

Amazing Country House🤩 Accommodation is perfectly equipped whether in the kitchen up to the little toothpick! The terrace is very nice, the plants are beautiful, the parking is perfect! The children's room has storage under the beds …perfect! The master bedroom or double bed is elevated and has plenty of storage underneath! Very bright house, even better in real life than in the photos!!! Our Host Stéphanie is very available, responds quickly to messages and attentive! I would definitely recommend this listing which for me is a great value for money!

The accommodation was very welcoming, very well equipped and perfectly located in the charming little village of Le Broc. The view from the accommodation is amazing and its location allows a quiet stay while remaining close to amenities. Tina and her husband were lovely during our stay at their wonderful little apartment and we thank them for that.

Thanks to Mickaël and Lucille. We rented the house with friends, the house was very well proportioned for a group of 11 people. The place was very clean, well-equipped and as advertised. Very good communication with hosts despite the fact that we did not meet them. We recommend Mickaël and Lucille's place.

Apart from the noisy neighbors who are not the fault of the host small place cocooning decorate with very practical taste I came for a professional training 2km from the very convenient parking center in front of the Tiny house well-equipped kitchen finally in short it has me more and I would come back as soon as I can and as I am in training thank you to Anne and her husband

This home is great for group vacations. It is very well organized with a beautiful outdoor space. All amenities were available for cooking including a beautiful plancha. We had a great weekend. Justine was very attentive both before booking and during our stay. I would recommend without hesitation! We will be back!

we had a lovely stay with the family at Patrick's place. it is very well located close to the highway and close to the city center. the apartment was very well equipped and we enjoyed Patrick's little touches with a few cool drinks as well as a few small things available in the cabinets. he was there when we arrived and checked out and he was always very quick to respond to messages. For our part, we came with a dog and a cat, we would have appreciated a small outside surrounded for animal safety but it went very well even without this exterior. access is easy and on top of that you have the option to park two cars right in front of the accommodation which is a very good point. again a big thank you to Patrick for this stay.
