House vacation rentals in Amelia Island

Hannah's place was a fantastic place to stay. It is in a good location that is easy to get to. There are plenty of great restaurants in easy driving distance. I-95 is is very close for driving into downtown. The house is in great condition. We were very appreciative of how clean and private the pool area is. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Great home! The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful, very close to some great bars, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Was definitely one of our favorite places we have stayed in! The house was clean, spacious and provided lots of entertainment. We loved the backyard including the pool, corn hole boards and especially the ping pong table. The owners seem to have thought of everything. Communication was simple and easy. Can’t recommend enough. We went on family vacation with 6 adults, 1 baby and 2 small dogs. Plenty of room for all. Great water pressure for showers and plenty of hot water for all. Kitchen with bar area up to date and spacious. Thank you for making our place to stay safe and highly enjoyable!! Hopefully we can return one day.

This stay was incredible. To experience an A-Frame home on the beach WITH A PRIVATE POOL, was so perfect for our family. Sleeping on the third floor and waking up to the sunrise every morning was so blissful. The amenities (kitchen, bathroom, living areas) were very well cleaned & stocked! Escaping to this home for the week was just the family vacation we needed!

It was a very nice first experience. The home was beautiful, and very clean. Michaela and her husband were also very kind and they were so quick to answer any question I had!

If you're looking to relax, book Terry's place. I can't say enough good things about the property or hosts. We loved the pool, chickens, and beauty of the property. Clean, and comfortable. I came to Jacksonville for work and my family came along for the week. We really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. I need to know what kind of mattress is on the king bed. It was amazing. Lisa was very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I would rate this higher than five stars. The location was perfect for us to join the GORUCK HQ Ruck club for workouts and social gatherings. It was very easy to reach the beach. The beach chairs were a bonus for us to use as well. Everything about the home was excellent. We enjoyed soaking up the rays in the backyard, followed by a meal in the back under the giant shade tree. The furniture was all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking meals at home. We look forward to a return visit to Jax Beach and making this our rental again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Jessica was super sweet and super friendly and make sure we had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will absolutely stay there again when we come back in town!

We had a wonderful stay on Amelia Island staying at Guest Cottage. The quick walk to the beach was even better and more convenient than expected. The property was beautiful and relaxing, we loved sitting on the front porch for morning coffee. Just a quick drive to everything the island had to offer.

Home away from home great, hospitality lovely place to visit had great memories with my family! Looking forward to going back again soon.

Overall it was a great stay. It was convenient because the beach was literally across the street. We we didn’t burn any gas riding around looking for things to do. Me and my kids loved it. The pictures on the profile could be better because I actually thought the living room and kitchen was bigger but that didn’t matter honestly. Publix and everything else was down the street! This stay is literally 30 mins away from the zoo , this is a great location for a getaway! Thanks!

Place was great. Nice neighborhood. Extremely roomy home. Clean and nice kitchen and backyard for grilling/cooking. Will definitely keep in mind for next trip to Jacksonville. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay. The house is a total vibe. I felt like I was in Costa Rica - the hot tub is amazing surround by fresh Jasmine. I would highly recommend :) also dog friendly and the hosts went above and beyond. Can’t wait to go back for my staycation.

Great play to stay with plenty of space for everyone. The area is walkable with beaches, food, and groceries all very accessible! Would absolutely stay there again.
