Extremely relaxing stay, hyper quiet place, who wants peace and rest well, this is a place. Recommend, the reception of the owner was excellent, a lot of requests and of odd sympathy. I will return more times.

It was a good experience, since the idea was to spend some time in Chapeco. The house is as described. The host is polite and accessible. The house is clean, simple and comfortable accommodations. Clean and smelling towels and sheets. No doubt in an eventual return to the city we will return to this accommodation.

The stay was very good, it met our expectations and our needs, large, clean and spacious house,it was very worth it, We thank you for the cordiality and attention.

About the place we chose to spend a few days together: It was an extremely fun experience! The space is super clean and organized — I really felt at home. The host was excellent, made all the instructions very clear, it was easy to find the location and the location is great. We made most of the Uber commutes, which was super cheap, and we also went to some places on foot, without any problem — very quiet. In addition, it has a very close market and pharmacy, which made everyday life much easier. Super recommend it and, of course, if I make this type of trip again in the future, I would choose this accommodation once again!

Giovani is a great host, very proactive in communication and demonstrated understanding with early checkin and late checkout, which my daughter had because of her arrival and departure time. The site is simple but cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. City Council are always available to the guest, be it Giovani, his wife and even his mother-in-law. If there is any restriction in this location, it is only the fact that it has a border wall with the house next door, which does not have the best soundproofing, but nothing that gets in the way. In the end is a space with excellent cost x benefit, with a very favorable location for my daughter, who needed to travel to Senai/SESI, which I could do by walking.

Bruna was super attentive, both before and during the stay, check-in and check-out were super peaceful, and the house exceeded our expectations for being bigger and more cozy than we expected. Everyone who was with me loved the place, and I will definitely return if I have the opportunity. I highly recommend!!

Very good in all aspects!

Paradise. No need for tv. I watched 2 hours of tv during my 30 day stay. My eyes were constantly stimulated in this idyllic environment. I even saw a pair of toucans my first day there! Gorgeous flowers, plants, tropical fruit trees all tended daily by Carlos. I looked forward to his visits talking about his 6 years of constant planting and tending his personal Eden. The house was open and the rooms much bigger than the photos convey. We had numerous barbecues. The supermarkets were amazing including a Costco-like wholesale food market. My first minutes there set the tone for 30 days of comfort. Edilene with her super friendly personality had a tasty collection of local baked goods, juice and much needed coffee. If I could give it 10 stars out of 5 I would!

I was not able to find the original Airbnb I had booked and we felt unsafe where I was out in the country and it getting late so I drove 30 km back into the city and messaged several different Airbnb's and I was very happy to have the response from Adeimir and we were able to work out an agreement to use his place and it was absolutely magnificent even for being in the middle of all kinds of houses it was an oasis right in town. He had great protection with his place being surrounded by Concrete walls a secure gate and secure door and great solar lighting on his driveway and parking area I felt completely safe the entire time I was there and outside using the pool and the hot tub even in the middle of the night I will definitely be back to use this place again.

Great place to rest, enjoy with family!

We marveled at the Local, the very spacious house, the huge plot, with swimming pool, ponds with fish and a ballroom with incredible barbecue, in the middle of the trees. We will definitely go back, we wanted to be already living in the house. We love it!!

Quiet Space, with a wonderful view, corresponding to the advertised, equipped kitchen, furniture available for outdoor use with an excellent barbecue. It was days of rest in contact with the green and nature. We will definitely return.

Great place to host. Clean and organized. I note that it is a little far from downtown. It is important to have your own means of transportation. The bedroom has a kind of skylight, which can make it difficult for those who want to sleep during the day after a long and grueling journey. Despite the atmosphere delivering the basics, it can be very cozy. I recommend it.

properly located property, huge me land, swimming pool, impeccable lawn, very safe place, large house, comfortable rooms, hosts Anderson and wife very attentive, proactive, always available, friendly. Ten-note estuary. Now it's back in the winter to try the fireplace.

The accommodations were very clean and organized, with plenty of linens and extra towels. Clean bathrooms and very nice shower. Well located, we managed to do a lot of things on foot. Cristiano responds to messages very quickly and was very helpful. I certainly recommend it. The city is very graceful and with unique tours, it is very worthwhile to get to know.
