The access to the suite is independent. The Suite is two steps from the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoa bike path, 5 minutes walk from the Botanical Gardens, 10 min drive to Copacabana, Leblon and Ipanema beach.

The house designed by architect Sallum, with 24/7 security, is 2.3 km from the famous Quadrado and 2.6 km from Trancoso beach. Casa Luminada was meticulously planned for the appreciation of its natural elements, such as lighting and ventilation, in order to offer a modern, clean, comfortable and cozy environment with a touch of sophistication and comfort. Its land is 1300m2 with 600m2 of built area. It has a 150m2 swimming pool, barbecue area and green space.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen, with a duplex refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, air fryer, toaster, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, dishes, cups, cutlery and pots in general. Queen bed positioned facing the mountains with linen and blackout curtains, 55" TV with Netflix. Large whirlpool bathtub with glass walls, allowing access to the Deck, which features a double beanbag and a gas barbecue.
