Come and enjoy a pleasant spacious, bright, comfortable apartment for 2 adults (1st floor) fully equipped in a quiet area of town next to the banks of the Seine. 5 min walk from the city center, 5 min by car from Gare de Saint-Aubin-les-Elbeuf, 25 min from ROUEN by car (an F9 bus passes every 15-20 min to get there: stop 2 min walk), 1h30 from PARIS via the A13, 1 hour from our beautiful Normandy beaches via the A13. The space is suitable for longer stays as well.

The Lime Trees

Family residence located between the castle of the Battlefield and its golf course, and the Abbey of Bec Hellouin, surrounded by a large private garden closed landscaped in front of a pond . Large living room,with a room ,living room, fireplace , independent kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. 4 bedrooms for adults, one with a private bathroom. A children's room with 4 beds of 90. Baby beds on request. My place is good for groups and families (with kids).

40 m² cottage on enclosed grounds with parking including an equipped kitchen, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, Dolce & Gusto coffee maker, shower room, a comfortable 140 sofa bed, baby bed (baby cot) available, covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue available, and if you wish, access to the pool after 6:30 p.m. on weekdays and at your convenience on the weekend with a supplement per person

Daniel's Fort

At the back of our Normandy ranch, treat yourself to a trip to America in a typical, rustic and unique fort in France! Entirely built of wooden logs, our fort is as close to nature as possible with its green roof. Although equipped with electricity, the essential wood stove sits in the middle of the single living room to bring warmth and charm to your stay. Equestrian accommodation available upon request. Dogs accepted.

This studio located in our house welcomes you independently thanks to its private and autonomous entrance. It consists of a 160 bed, an equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom. Linens and towels are provided. You will be quiet with access to the garden where you can relax; possibility of access to the pool depending on the season, to enjoy the deckchairs as well as an outdoor dining area.
