Our stay was wonderful! The apartment delivers what it promises and the rooms are nicely furnished and air conditioned. The hosts are very warm and helpful. We felt very comfortable! :) About Olive City: it is a beautiful. The pool facilities and the restaurant by the pool are recommended! Thank you very much for this very nice stay! :)

The apartment is beautiful and spacious. Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and even more. The cabinets are only in the two bedrooms. The three of us. It's uncomfortable. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Only for the sake of him it is already worth a trip😁 Downstairs is a bar with live music (open until 03:00 daily). It is difficult to sleep earlier than this time, but earplugs are possible. The first night we were shocked, then we got used to it. Even sometimes we went there, there are all friendly and adequate. If you need a bright room, choose the first room. There are 2 windows, but most of all you can hear the music. There is no closet in the third room. There is a balcony, but the blinds are closed. This room is the darkest but also the quietest. Bim and Migros 5 mins away. There is no parking for the car under the house. Cleopatra is 12-15 minutes away. It's convenient to run around the waterfront. The host is helpful. Brought us an extra table. Helped to order water. Took with things to our acquaintances after check-out. Wishes include a new bed linen. If the three of us go again, then definitely here:)

This place was very nice and clean, very new and has great amenities. Pool and beach are right at the location. Stores and restaurants are also in walkable distance. Everything worked out great with Othman 👍🏼 definitely recommend staying here :)

A place like fallen out of time – winding in Alanya's old town, only accessible on foot or by scooter. The apartment: charming, cozy, perfect for two. Equipped with everything you need – and a balcony that opens heart and soul. The view of the Mediterranean Sea and the bay is indescribable: sunrises that paint the sky, and nights where Alanya sparkles in a thousand lights. But the real gem is Ümit – the quiet keeper of this place, wise, warm, full of dignity. With its presence, a beautiful place becomes a special one. Those who are willing to indulge in the magic of this place will be richly gifted. A home with a soul – memorable.

We were lucky to get a very last-minute booking (other booking fell through); Ferdi was helpful and everything was made easy. The spacious little townhouse is within a large hotel complex. We were very comfortable. The two balconies are in direct sun all morning. Electricity and water are charged for separately; for our three-night stay this was only a few pounds.

Everything went well and the location is very well situated. I loved the apartment and the city! Everything went as expected 🙏🏻

Выбрав их, вы сделаете один самых верных решений в сове путешествии., Staying next to Birol and Gülsüm was a spontaneous decision that I didn't regret. It was truly gorgeous. I ended up with a great family that made my stay as comfortable and cozy as it could be. I felt like part of a family. I will remember our live conversations/breakfasts/evenings forever. And part of my heart stayed in beautiful Gülsüm and wonderful Birol. By choosing them, you'll be making one of the right decisions on your journey.

Truly a very beautiful apartment, made in a modern design, expensive appliances and furniture , everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A variety of built-in home appliances , such as a dishwasher , are pleasant to the accommodation. The most gorgeous view from the window, everything you need is within a walking distance. Separately, I would like to note how quickly the host responds to requests and questions.

This is the story of my great luck. And this experience is more expensive than money! The room is exactly better than in the photos. It was big and spacious. And I found a family. Not just the owners of the apartment, but the friends I came to for the vacation. After two days, I extended my stay for another 10 days! Incredible meal from host Gulsun! Incredible humor and attitude from host Birol! Very clean. Very good food. Ooooo good people. Left a link to all my friends who want to relax in Turkey 5 minutes from the sea. There are coffee shops and shops nearby. There is a hall and a swimming pool. I worked great these days and in the evening we communicated at dinner and laughed a lot. If I'm ever in Alanya, I would definitely stay here. I already miss you and look forward to visiting Tenerife!
