Fantastic apartment! Everything is designed with great taste and has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Natalia was always available and responsive. And the view of the city is absolutely stunning!

The building and the surroundings where the apartment is located are very modern comparing to other areas of Tbilisi city The apartment is exactly as it is on the pictures and matches the description. There is a very nice view from the balcony. The host is very responsive and friendly. There are very nice shops, cafes, fitness clubs, parks, etc nearby

The apartments is very well equipped with everything you need. The owners of the apartment are very hospitable and pleasant people. But there is a busy road under the windows. In general, the noise is significally reduced by the windows. However, sometimes, in a late evening, some car and motorbike drivers decided to make formula 1 races on that road. That's only thing that might be annoying.

Everything went smoothly. I really liked the place—quietly situated on a hill, with a countryside feel while still being close to urban amenities

If I could give it 10 stars, I would! A wonderful place and Keti was a very kind, incredible host. Stayed with family and everyone enjoyed it so much, lots of space, luxurious linens and comfortable beds and furniture. The building inside is gorgeous, with high ceilings and hardwood floors, and felt very private and secure. We had breakfast on the terrace, and were able to walk to great restaurants, shops, the funicular to the top of the mountain and grocery and cafe across the street. Thank you Keti! We loved your place and had the best time!

I stayed here for about a week – cooked, worked, and rested. The location is convenient: grocery stores, the city center, and restaurants are within walking distance. Taxis arrive quickly, and food delivery works well. Overall, I liked everything, but a few things could make the stay even more comfortable: sharper knives, removing cookware that isn’t compatible with the induction stove (as it can be confusing), a shower curtain or bath mat, and more ambient lighting for the evenings. That said, the place is cozy and convenient, so I’d still recommend it! 😊

Mako’s place exceeded my expectations! The apartment is beautiful, fresh, modern and super comfortable, with spacious rooms and designer details. The terrace is amazing! It is huge and overlooks the city. Location is central, easily accessed and surrounded by everything you might need. It’s a walking distance from all major attractions of Tbilisi. Will definitely stay again when I’m back to Tbilisi.

Very quiet and nice place to stay!

I came with my parents and my daughter. Tato's mother was waiting for us outside the building. She is very nice and we felt like home during our stay. If you are coming with family. This is the place. Thank you tato and specially your mom. Pls give my love and warm regard. We will come back soon.
