The apartment is very beautiful! In real life, it seems even more beautiful than in the photos. I remember seeing her, showed her my husband, and said I only wanted her. And we were right. We admired, stylish, tasteful, spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Stunning sunrises and sunshine in the morning. November in Batumi was cool and stormy often, but the apartment was very warm thanks to the gas heating system. Dining area with side sea view, I pushed the curtains to enjoy breakfast and the view. A soft corner by the window in the bedroom, I was just won over. This was my favorite place in an apartment overlooking the mountains, where I worked with a tripod. Very comfortable beds. Close to the old center, new Batumi, Carrefour. We read about Orbi and the lines at the elevator and deliberately searched for a house only not in Orbi. Everything is just super, although only 2 elevators, you can't hear the neighbors at all. Good soundproofing. Leila solved all our questions: she brought soft linens, two new pans, a viral key

Truly a marvellous place to stay to relax and recharge your batteries! The nature is unique, surrounded by the mountains and by the river bank, which helps you to come in peace with a nature. Ela and Tengo are wonderful people which are more than happy to assist you at your request: serve you a georgian national cuisine, home made wine and chacha, barbeque or prepare a sauna. There is also a beach and space to chill out by the river. The house was tidy and freshly furnitured. I definitely recommend Ela's place if you seek for a remarkable experience.

Nice cozy and big studio for a reasonable price. Lived here for more than a month and felt at home! From the balcony you can see the sea and a little city, which pleased the eye :) (not only one building across the street) No one bothered. Thank you Stella for meeting me at check-in and solving all the problems if necessary. Batumi - one love❤️

Had a really nice stay. Both Natalie in messages and Nona at the place were amazing, helpful and quick responding. I was stay in the autumn and nature around the place is really beautiful. It was a really good place to hide from the city and civilization. Home is very cozy, it feels like hosts made it for theirselves. Everything was comfortable. I want to notice, that all my questions through the experience were answered. And any problem was solved quickly and with quality.

Thank you so much, everything went great. Many people complain about the queue in the elevator and this residential complex, but apparently I was lucky to be there not in the very season. I never waited for more than 2 minutes

Stay is awesome. Very private place to enjoy the home away. Had all the amenities which needed. Very helpful and friendly people. Invited me for the coffee and very welcoming family. Helped out for everything whatever i needed. Had very pleasant and peaceful stay.

Ideal for solo travelers. Nice view of the hills from the balcony. Several 24/7 supermarkets nearby. Hosts are friendly and reassuring.

We were absolutely delighted with this experience! From the very beginning, communication was simply at the highest level — the hosts responded to messages almost instantly, which was very pleasant. Any issue was resolved quickly and kindly, there was a real concern for guests. I would like to express my special gratitude for your help in finding a home. We were a little confused at first, but the hosts quickly got in touch, explained the route in detail and gave accurate landmarks. Thanks to this, we made it easy and stress-free to get to the place. The house itself was even better than expected. Everything fully corresponded to the photos and description — clean, cozy, very stylishly decorated. You can see that the house is taken care of and thought through every detail. Amenities, appliances, linens — everything was great. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!
