Nearby are the cities of Ascoli Piceno, San Benedetto del Tronto, Civitella del Tronto with the Fortress, as well as the Adriatic Coast. Possibility of hiking in MTB and "Walk in Nature".

The apartment (80 sqm) has a double front and back access to the Mediterranean garden and the historic garden, and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view that extends to the Adriatic Sea. The ground floor has a large living room with a kitchen and dining area. There are two bedrooms upstairs: a master bedroom with a convertible double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms in travertine marble, one with a Jacuzzi and shower, and the other, smaller one with a shower.
