Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. What a joy to spend such a relaxing time safe in the knowledge you can trust your hosts to be helpful and respond to your queries promptly and with warmth.

We had a great time. Accommodation as described in a great location x explore the surroundings. Andrea is a really kind host, he welcomed us in person by making us find Pizzette,juices and a bottle of wine in the kitchen. Recommended.

Claudia's place was very clean and pristine. The sunset and harbor views were wonderful and Claudia was so nice to pick us up at the train station. There is also a bus stop very near. We slept great in her cozy, comfortable bedroom. As in her pictures, there are a lot of steps if that is a concern for you. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Claudia!

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

A beautiful and peaceful apartment just outside the town center. Apartment is located in smaller building complex overlooking at nearby local green hills. It is situated 10 min walking distance to the beach and main town street with local sumermarket nearby. Apartment is in perfect condition, kept super nice and clean, equipped with everything you need for even a longer stay. Paolo and his wife are perfect hosts. Next to the amazing apartment, they run it perfectly. Very responsive, nice, polite and careful doing a small things that make a big difference . We really felt like home. Highly recommended. The house is cozy, equipped with every comfort, nothing is really missing, clean and tidy. Paola is an extraordinary, helpful and attentive host. My partner and I stayed here with our dog for 5 days. It was just what we wanted: a little secluded from the center of Sirolo, reachable in less than 5 minutes by car, quiet, away from the chaos, but not isolated, with a large courtyard perfect for enjoying the outdoors. A 5-minute walk away there is also a place that saves your day because it serves from breakfast to dinner. Excellent!

We had a wonderful two-week stay at this conveniently located apartment in Ancona. Its proximity to bus lines made exploring the city and surrounding areas incredibly easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the diverse restaurants, shopping, and walking along the beautiful seaside. The apartment itself was neat, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary cooking tools. Alessandro is exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and would eagerly return on our next visit to Ancona.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing and therefore perfect for a group of 6-7 friends. The host was extremely helpful in answering all questions, responding to our contacts in a very short time. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need for a peaceful weekend. One of the highlights is the view from the balcony, which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

The apartment is ideally located for walking to both the beach and the center. The description matches reality. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms. Excellent communication and availability from Eleonora and Stefano. Overall a really nice stay.

we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!

Apartment as new and very pleasant (even better than in the photos), very clean, in the historic center, but very quiet. Excellent stay in the complex. I highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect, the house is wonderful, the terrace is spectacular! From the photos, the house looks beautiful but I assure you that live exceeds expectations! I was amazed by the attention to detail, nothing is missing, and everything is designed to make the guest find every comfort! For us who travel by motorcycle, finding the house equipped with practically everything is really very convenient. Finding coffee, wine and water, they are really remarkable attention and not so obvious to find. All highly recommended! Goodbye!

Great place to stay, recommended

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

We reserved the house for our colleagues. The house is very spacious, well laid out, clean, suitable for a longer stay, as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

We found this late one night and luckily there were some open spots. Alessandro responded to us very quickly to inquiries. When we arrived yours we were impressed, it looked exactly like pictures and was very beautiful. It was very pleasant and peaceful there. Those who were there were very hospitable and helpful with all the requests. There is something off to things around but it is very recommended if you want to relax and relax. I would highly recommend.

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.

Laura and Alessandro are great hosts, very kind, warm and helpful. The apartment is just like the photos and description. Absolutely quiet, with great views. My kids especially loved the pool.
