Villa vacation rentals in Ancona

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

We spent four days in this magical Umbro-Toscano-style structure, which comfortably accommodated three couples of friends in large, elegant and functional rooms equipped with all the comforts. The spacious dining room and adjacent kitchen allowed us to experience breakfasts and dinners together. The outdoor patio allows you to admire the scenery around at any hour of the day. The outdoor cooking area was very appreciated, equipped with a barbecue and wood-burning stone oven that allowed us to enjoy an evening grill. A vacation that for each of us, no one excluded, has taken on an unexpected added value for the beauty and comfort of this structure, harmoniously inserted in the Umbrian hilly landscape. A heartfelt thank you from all of us to Daniele Rossi who hosted us, for his extreme kindness, availability and discretion, allowing us four days of true relaxation.

Very nice house, well equipped, big pool, and a friendly host. We enjoyed our time here so much. You can feel the love of the host for the house, it is well furnished and also very nice: alll the rooms have nets against insects. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at this villa. The house is huge, well-maintained, and very welcoming. Accurately and attentively chosen furnishings to offer different experiences and special services (living room that becomes a cinema room!). The outdoor spaces are spectacular, especially the garden and indoor rooms, perfect for relaxing. It has everything you need for both work and fun. Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

An incredible estate that felt like you’re staying at a rustic Italian mansion. The grounds outside were stunning and massive and well groomed. The house is also quite massive with loads of privacy for the guests from each other. We were a group of 11 and it never for a moment felt crowded. The host was extremely patient and kind. If it’s available take it. We will be back!

The host Andrea was very helpful and always responded quickly. The house looks like on the pictures and it is a very quiet environment. The garden is super well maintained and large. Andrea was helpful with any issue.

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Lovely place, in the Marche hills. Too lovely, so much so that we spent a lot of time relaxing in the Villa. Too bad about the unpaved Stradello that connects the main road to the villa. Super helpful and friendly host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very nice and well-kept house with ample space suitable for large groups. It is also well equipped. I would recommend improving the apartment on the ground floor as regards the bedroom and bathroom. The owner was super kind and very helpful in solving a small problem.

Mario and his daughter Francesca are wonderful hosts with the most amazing property in Umbra! We were a big group of 18 friends, and Villa Mari was the perfect place for us because it is comfortable, stunning and has the fasilities for a big group who wants independency. Mario was easily in reach at any time if we had any problems. The property lies besides two other houses, but it feels very private and like you are all alone on the hill side. I cannot describe how beautiful the nature is, and the villa is also even better than in the pictures. Thank you very, very much Mario and Francesca! We hope to see you again:-)

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Marco and Daniela's property and were welcomed by our hosts in a very friendly manner. Everything was explained to us in detail. The equipment of the house is top. The kitchen is functionally equipped. The decor is very stylish and modern. The whole house is very clean and very well maintained. The property is fantastically beautiful, very neat and very quiet. The garden invites you to linger and relax. The views are stunningly beautiful with phenomenal sunsets. The absolute highlight is the pool. It was always very clean & well maintained and is huge. Marco and Daniela were always very friendly. They gave us lots of tips to explore Umbria. In addition, they recommended us special restaurants, which we of course also tried. We highly recommend the property and will keep our stay in beautiful memory for a long time.
