It is detached and built on a basement and has: entrance, living room, independent equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed for 2 people in 140 cm, bathroom, separate toilet. Outside: a loggia with table and garden furniture, a garage under the house and enclosed garden all around with deckchairs, barbecue and games for children. Baby equipment available in the house. Linen and cleaning included.

Rich in history, Château d'Ancy-Le-Franc, Château de Tanlay, not to mention the famous family restaurant in the village "Chez Mémé"! Fully-equipped house, all you have to do is put your bags down. Consider extending your stay with remote working. I tested it, it's really nice...

Charming stone house in the village of Ancy-le-Libre. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the house can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of 4 bedrooms upstairs, including one double. Located in the heart of the Tonnerrois vineyard, 10 minutes from Tonnerre, 10 minutes from Tanlay and 25 minutes from Chablis. 214 km from Paris, accessible by train to Tonnerre train station then taxis/shuttle available on site to take you to the nearby villages.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.
