All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

In the main room there is a bed 1.60X2.00 m a double hot tub, infrared cabin, shower, toilet, TV, sitting area and a small tea kitchen. Fridge ( minibar), kettle, coffee maker, glasses, cutlery, plates. You can reach the sauna through the garden. Outdoor shower, seating and lounging in the garden. Screen fence and darkeningable windows. Candles, bathrobes, towels, tea and coffee are included.

Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
