With the best view of the region and a movie sunset, you are minutes away from waterfalls, wineries & restaurants. Exclusive and private, it has a soaking tub, architecture, furniture, utensils and loft of a very high standard. The house also has rare differentials in the region: industrial generator, internet fiber and Starlink, in addition to 4x4 available in case of severe weather.

Made by us, it is integrated with nature and has an incredible view, ideal for watching the moonrise and sunset, relaxing in the bathtub, on the sofa or under a tree. It has a double bed and a sofa bed, minibar, stove, shower and gas immersion bathtub, and there is a barbecue and a place for a bonfire next door. From the parking lot to the cabin, there is a 50-meter climb, with an inclined Santos Dumont staircase for access to the second floor. We have a small market exclusively for guests.

An A-frame cabin immersed in native forest and vineyards of a family of Italian origin. Designed to wake up to the sound of birds and sleep to the sound of water. The highlight is right at the entrance, the deck is over a waterfall. The kitchen is complete with high-quality utensils. The bathroom overlooks the forest, with a soaking tub and L'Occitane amenities. All rooms are decorated down to the smallest detail. Ideal for relaxing and getting into the right rhythm of life.

Punta Quintay, Blue Loft, 2-4 people

The largest of our Lofts, with 80 square meters, but manages to maintain the style of the originals. Adapted for families, it creates unforgettable memories in this unique home on the first line of the sea, maintaining all the style of the Grey Loft and the Red Loft, but in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also, Loft Azul receives pets. If you can't find space in this Loft, look for the other units available: Loft Gris, Loft Rojo, Loft La Punta and Tiny Loft.
