Great location, lots of great restaurants, cozy, feels like home

Amazing place, very private and comfortable. Literally steps to the beautiful beach where you can walk for miles in either direction. Definitely made use of the plunge pool every day too! It’s on the north end of the town so away from most of the restaurants and shops (which we prefer) so it’s quiet but you’ll need wheels of some sort to further explore the area. There is a market only about a 10 minute walk so you can stock up on pretty much anything you need. Awesome, responsive host and the daily housekeeping was spot on. Would definitely recommend! Greatly located apartment with mall, market and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet for walking and the apartment is clean and matches the images of the site. Rafaela was always helpful and quickly responded to messages.

Excellent location and beautiful place! The super attentive host, even the bathroom had a maintenance breakdown and as soon as we told them, they were to fix it. Amazing to communicate it. 100% recommended!

This is a perfect spot to explore Palermo. Loads of restaurants, shops, and bars on your doorstep. Plaza Serrano and Armenia within 10-15 minute walks. We did not use public transport, as Uber is cheap and readily available. La Boca, San Telmo, Plaza de Mayo, Recoleta all within a 20 minute drive. The place is modern, spacious, and well equipped. The outside area with jacuzzi is a lovely spot to relax after a day of sightseeing, listening to the sounds of the city. Nido was very responsive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The front desk was always occupied by friendly and helpful staff.

This place is an absolute gem—what an incredible value! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located, but the real standout was the breathtaking view of the mountains from the balcony. We spent every morning soaking it in with coffee in hand. Sergio was a fantastic host—great communication throughout and thoughtful touches like snacks waiting for us upon arrival. He also tipped us off to the magic of the 31st floor (IYKYK), which made our stay feel even more special. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was nice, comfortable and had everything we needed, we felt right at home. And a separate paragraph for Zeniltz,excellent host and exceeded all our expectations, since when we arrived we found not only in excellent conditions of cleanliness, but with a special welcome, such as fruits , champagne,and many things to eat that we did not need on the first day to go shopping. Thank you Zeniltz for everything and especially for your warmth as a person. We will definitely be back here!!

Great place and location , very tidy and clean everything.

Very good place, view of the 18 floor is wonderful, the elevator is glass with almost panoramic view of the city, it rises in an open space up to the 18th floor which generates a very different experience than the other places offer, good service, comfortable place, air conditioning freezing well, tv with plenty of content, close to the mall that you can walk, we will certainly be more often! Thank you!
