I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. Allowed a late check out without any hassle. The garden is lovely and a peaceful spot to hang out in. Really nice.

A well-maintained, fully equipped modern pool villa along the beach; we had an amazing stay here and the host was quite helpful and had our requests addressed. Would totally recommend this place for all groups looking for a 5 star experience!

Super relaxing weekend getaway so close to the city.Good restuarants for both dine-in and getting food delivered. Spread over three floors and very spacious. The view of the shoreline and the beach from the top floor terrace was super! A very responsive caretaker as well to top it all!!

It is great place to stay peaceful and Daniel is promptly responding to us. He is wonderful host and I can recommend this place to everyone. It is safe place also.

I come from overseas and had made a special request for my stay in Tejovanth's place and he had graciously acceded to it. I was really well taken care of by him, Mdm. Radhika and Mr. Babu, they had also checked on me regularly to see what I needed. They had also send a Mister to clean the house periodically and bring drinking water. I rented the entire place. Ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets. The second floor has 1 bedroom and 1 toilet and a large balcony with a washing machine. Both floors have a kitchen. I don't spend much time in the backyard because of mosquitoes. They don't enter the house unless you keep your door open. The house had all I needed to be comfortable and is a short walk from the main road. There are convenience stores, a gym, 2 banks and ATMs and a well equipped Dmart nearby. Thank you again for being such warm and kind hosts.

The house was impeccably clean, with every space thoughtfully maintained. It provided exceptional comfort, from cozy furniture to peaceful corners. A delightful touch was the variety of eatables made available, adding to the warmth. It felt truly home-like — welcoming and relaxing.

Very friendly and helpful host! They helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The area is not a typical tourist place, but a regular neighbourhood. The beach is not suitable for swimming, but it's nice to walk south along the water.

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Moya! The accommodation was cozy, clean, and truly felt like home. Very spacious and Good Villa that can accommodate 8/10 people easily, convenient parking space, good privacy and fantastic balcony. Well maintained beds and linen. Bathroom maintained fairly well. Good support from maid. Decent utensils in kitchen and had induction stove. Fridge was good. Swimming pool was decent and clean. Good space for playing sport and indoor cricket pitch was good.

A very beautiful place to have nice get togethers with friends and family. The place was really peaceful and the house was clean when we arrived. The host as well as the caretaker (Deepak) were very responsive for any of the requests we had asked them. Deepak is one of the caregivers I have come across. He himself went to the super market for any of the food we had asked him to prepare and his cooking was very tasty 🤤. Had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the place

This is a great place to unwind with your friends. There are 2 big bedrooms at ground floor facing the pool area & 3 rooms on top. The pool area is big along with sitouts where you can have your party along with barbecue. The caretaker was very helpful in arranging everythings that we asked for. Dinner & breakfast was arranged at a nominal cost but the food was great. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. I definitely recommend this place for groups! 👍

The property was great. Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Ravi, the caretaker was incredibly helpful. Sandeep was also very responsive and helpful. The home cooked food was fantastic.
