The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The property is located in the heart of Erfurt. Located directly behind the town hall on the water. It is a very quiet but very central, high-quality furnished and renovated accommodation. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.
