La petite villa is located in a quiet and residential area in north of Tamatave. It is ideally located at 5 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from the city center and 350m from the beach. We have a parking for 2 cars in the inner courtyard and all the necessary equipment for your comfort besides the basic equipment (washing machine, oven, fridge) like the air conditioner (really useful at 35°C in the shade), the fiber optic, the satellite (canal+), an Xbox One and Netflix.

The bathroom features a modern design with tiled walls and a spacious corner bathtub. A sleek toilet is positioned nearby, while a decorative woven laundry basket adds an accent. Natural light enters through a small window, enhancing the room's airy feel.

EQUIPPED AND COMFORTABLE VILLA FOR 4 PEOPLE

Our villa is in a luxury property, its size is 75sqm, it has been recently built and fully equipped. It is located on the main road at 1km away from the international airport and 5mn away from Tahiti Kely beach. The area is safe, clean and quiet. The city center is just 10mn away. There is a great exotic garden where you can use a bbq for a relaxing sunny day. It's an ideal place for a holiday on the East coast or for a mission in Toamasina.

The best restaurants in town within walking distance.
