It wasn’t my first time staying at his property. It is always a treat to stay at one of his properties. Ellis and/or Salomé are always available for any question and/or concern. It is a safe location where the tower is located, building staff are nice and friendly. And the Apt itself was spotless. The cleaning lady is very approachable. This trip is the multiple times I’ve rented Brian‘s place, it is so comfortable half the time I don’t even go out. Beds are comfortable, furniture is amazing. The location is ideal. Very very comfortable place with all the amenities you ever need. Like a home away from home situation. Brian is a great host very attentive. Always checking in seeing how I was doing. if you’re going to Cucuta this is definitely a must stay well worth the money.

Nice apartment building. The host is very kind and responsive to messages. There are supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a large mall nearby.

Excellent attention, location close to the different points of interest, comfortable place, green areas in the residential complex, all taxis know of the location of the ensemble, the portería attentive and helpful. the nice pool, pets friendly the whole set. A lot of life in the ensemble and nightlife close to the ensemble.

Good place, the host responds quickly and is attentive to what is needed.
