Corinne and her husband are extremely kind, they were present for our late arrival and Corinne is very responsive to any requests. Regarding the accommodation, nothing is to be said. It is like the photos, with the essentials for cooking, clean, quiet. The garden is a plus, coming with a dog it was nice. We'll come back without hesitation, that's for sure.

Great stay in brem. The accommodation is really well equipped and very clean. Table tennis, board game, palace game, pétanque balls (park with court 100m away) We are like at home. Great for a stay for a family of 4 with a dog. In addition, very well located, you can do anything on foot. We recommend +++

We had a great two weeks of vacation. The accommodation is designed for the comfort of its hosts, nothing is missing and checks all our boxes. The accommodation is very clean, it is a challenge to return it in the state. Thank you to Brice and Mathieu for their kindness ( and the delicious brioche). Les Sables d 'Olonne are really very accessible ( but we are in March)and have been the subject of many of our walks , between the corniche , the port , the Remblai. There is something to take care of and / or stroll , sip , eat, it even lives out of season .., as for the accommodation, it was an eagerness to relax there after our daily strolls. To be redone

We spent a week at Corinne's house, with family with two children. This is a spacious, comfortable, very well-equipped house, in a word,  very pleasant to stay in. Its location is perfect too: we did everything on foot, whether it's going to the beach, having a drink in La Noue, or shopping in Sainte-Marie. Arrival and departure were very fluid thanks to Delphine de Villas des Iles. Unnecessary to specify that the house was spotless when we arrived. Thank you Corinne.

We had a great time. Cozy spacious house with a large bathroom and spacious garden with convenient garden furniture. Close to large supermarket and close to Sauveterre beach with guarded area. By car or bicycle, you can be in the center from where you can walk to the boulevard or go shopping.

We really enjoyed this family home which allowed us to spend Christmas as a family. It's a paradise for the little ones who found something to do. The garden must be very nice in warmer weather. The neighborhood is very quiet and the amenities are very close. It's easy to park in the cul-de-sac. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for hosting us.

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

Weeklong stay, matches photos and description and is even better than pictured. Quiet place, owner available but not intrusive. We fell in love with the Vendee and these stone houses. Clean pool, chlorine-friendly pool. We'll be happy to come back, we haven't finished discovering the area. It has everything you need to live. The place is clean. No problem finding the place, well indicated. Éméline and Frédérique Thank you for the welcome, thank you for allowing us to have a holiday. A few fabulous days in this lovely home. The living room is large and bright, the decoration has been done with care and the cleanliness is impeccable. We were lucky enough to have very mild weather for a month of April and were therefore able to enjoy the beautiful exterior, well maintained and conducive to relaxation, the pool is a real plus. We felt so good at this place. Our son really enjoyed the little play area. The location of the accommodation is excellent, there is everything nearby while still being quiet. Very good communication with Marines. It's an address we keep to hopefully return someday.

We had a great weekend with my family in this beautiful home. Bruno and Colette were very responsive, friendly and accommodating Due to its location close to the sea, it is a nice and relaxing place. With a vast area that has received all of us. Thank you very much:)

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊

great place for 10 people. finally a table with 10 chairs!!! everything was very clean, dishwasher, washing machine... an address to remember.

Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

Quiet place, we enjoyed Jérôme's vinyl records, books and contact. It's perfect for resting, relaxing before enjoying the city of La Rochelle. I recommend it without a problem.

We had a pleasant stay in Loïc's house. Very spacious for your family of 5. Quiet place and very friendly neighbors. We will come back without hesitation if we ever come back to La Rochelle.

very good accommodation, warm welcome by the person in charge of the rental, very small downside on the bathroom faucet that drips and a bike that lost the back wheel but this is only secondary. very good location quite quiet despite the campsite behind with a beautiful fenced garden. we recommend
