Studio neuf au calme à deux pas du centre de Tours. Studio situé au 1er étage d'une maison au fond d'une impasse et à flanc de côteau. Réfrigérateur/micro-onde/four mais pas de plaques de cuisson et pas d'évier de cuisine. Cafetière et bouilloire . Literie en très bon état. Tramway et bus à 5mn du studio. Parking gratuit de 100 places environ à proximité.
