Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

A courtyard in front and a garden in the back to enjoy the sun. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, convenient for people traveling or on weekends. Pets not allowed.

Studio in City Center

Nogent sur Seine is a town in the Aube (10) located 20 km from Provins and 100 km from Paris. The studio is located in our small garden of 150m2. It has its own terrace that ensures a calm and tranquil atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little rider King Charles lives in our house. At 100m you can park in the parking lot of the church.

Charming small 18 m2 studio in the basement, with completely independent entrance through the garage, close to Mac Arthur Glen factory outlets, with easy access to the ring road leading to downtown Troyes and on the road to the lakes of the Orient Forest. Guests can park their vehicle easily. You will enjoy a neatly decorated bedroom, with recent bedding (140*190) and quality, and a room with a shower area, separate toilet and kitchen area.

Gîte de Saint Albin

Nestled in the heart of the countryside, this small setting welcomes you in a warm setting. Come and recharge your batteries, enjoy the calm and the fields as far as the eye can see! Heating is included in the rental from October 1st. Toilet linen and toilet paper are available. The little extra thing: for the most curious of you, it is possible to visit the farm with all the explanations. Interaction and good humor on the program!
