Vacation rentals with a firepit in Annakhil

Laila made it very easy to get to the Riad with google links and a phone number to contact her concierge. This was extremely helpful as we could just have our driver talk directly to the concierge. The concierge, Chaouki met us just outside the gate, arranged a cart to take our luggage while we followed to the Riad and did the same on departure. He got us settled and even came back to light a nice fire for us. The morning breakfast every day was spectacular, Miriam is a great cook - had we been there longer, we would have had her make us dinner. The rooms were beautifully appointed, the showers had great hot water pressure, and we enjoyed hanging out on the roofdeck. Since there are three floors, it's a great place for a group as everyone has ample room and privacy. The TV room was a bonus so we could stream movies by the fire. This Riad is located just off the main road so it's very quiet and private. Easy to walk everywhere. We would return. Many thanks.

Beautiful villa in a soothing setting, beautiful views of the Atlas. The pool is amazing, the exteriors are well maintained. It was a pure moment of relaxation. A huge thank you to the guard who ensures safety, a lovely man, kind and always smiling! A place I would recommend.

Chantal’s place is as beautiful as described and matches the pictures. Her local recommendations were much appreciated and spot on! Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The riad is very quiet despite being in the middle of the Medina. One thing to note is that even though we asked for privacy for the duration of our stay, the cleaning ladies came at 8:30 am on the last day. Not a major thing, but a bit annoying as we wanted to sleep in because we had a long day ahead of us.

Great place, even better than description and photos. We felt very comfortable in the space. It's spotless. Its location in Marrakech is perfect. There is a car park nearby (we had a rental car). As for Hosseyn, Jamila and Fatima, the 3 of them are adorable. Breakfast is a real feast. Thanks again to Nicole Francesca!

Six stars in everything. The house is an oasis in the middle of chaotic medina. Very simply and tastefully yet stylishly decorated riad. The photos dont make justice to the beauty of the house. Excellent location, very near the Spice Market, but wonderfully quiet. Everything was spottless clean and working well. We loved eating and spending time in the rooftop terrace and in the beautiful courtyard. We the pet tortoise living on the terrace. We lit the fireplace in the cool evenings and enjoyed spending time in the georgeous living room. The kitchen is fantastically well equipped. The beds are firm, but the Ikea mattrass toppers make them very comfortable. We enjoyed Touria's amazing cooked breakfast and fantastic home cooked dinners on the terrace. The highlights were undoubteldy lovely M'barak and Touria's care and hospitality. Two very special people. They came around every morning to look after the house and prepare meals, but they were never too much and gave us complete privacy.

A very nice and spacious Riad and very close to Jemaa El-Fnaa and other interesting places. Very tranquil. We only had one issue with the bedding that was solved quickly.

I celebrated my 40th birthday at this beautiful riad in Marrakech with 9 of my girlfriends, and it was an unforgettable experience! The house is spacious, and full of charm — the perfect setting for a special occasion. Aziz, the owner, welcomed us warmly when we arrived, and although we only saw him once, his hospitality was felt throughout our stay. His amazing assistant, Youssef, was with us every day and made our experience seamless. He helped us organize all our excursions, transfers, and any other needs we had — always with a smile and so much care. The riad is fully staffed with a cleaning team and talented chefs who prepared the most delicious meals for us. We also enjoyed spending time at the on-site farm, with its many animals and horses. One of the sweetest moments was when Aziz’s 5-year-old son gave us a tour of the property — he totally stole our hearts! We also went horse riding, which was such a fun and unique part of the trip. Excellent stay at Siam's apartment. The terrace is really nice, at any time of day. The apartment is spacious and stays cool throughout the Day. Siam is very available and with good advice, do not hesitate to ask him for good Marakchi addresses. It is possible to request in addition the services of Fatima for the preparation of meals ( she cooks very well) and the baby sitting... He is a trusted person, very discreet and generous. A real fairy. I won't hesitate to come back!

Had a great time in Marrakech! The apartment is located in a gated and secure residence, which is very reassuring. The apartment is super clean, well-equipped, and decorated with taste. One of the big positives is the perfect calm to rest away from the noise of the city, while being less than 15 minutes by car from the center if you want to go out. The residence's swimming pool is a real plus to cool off under the Marrakech sun. Communication with the host was smooth, and he is really very nice and available. I recommend it without hesitating!

We are a family of 5 who have just returned from our trip to Morocco. Hakims apartment is clean and very well located ,5 minutes walk to Guéliz plaza where there are plentiful shops cafes restaurants . Bedrooms were spacious and clean and Hakim responded very quickly to any questions or queries I had.
