Villa vacation rentals in Anse La Raye

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The accommodation was as per pictures, clean and comfortable. Fulgence was responsive and kind. What made this place stand out though were the views. It’s not just the piton view which of course is out of this world… but the fact it feels as though you are in the middle of nowhere. You can’t see Soufrière and can see hardly any other houses. Just tropical loveliness!! It was absolutely beautiful!!!

Thank you to Janus and team for an amazing experience and stay in St Lucia. Loved the stay in Soufrière. It was very quiet and but close enough to walk into the quaint town. Beautiful villa and loved the private pool with views of the mountains. Bear in mind nothing opens on a Sunday or bank holiday! We struggled to find somewhere to eat, so plan ahead. I would say please do read the other reviews. That entrance to the villa is not for the light hearted! We are a young couple in their 30s and did struggle walking up that drive. Therefore allow for additional budget for transportation. The team were quick to arrange transportation for us when we were out in the evening to get back to the villa. We have been told they will be resolving this soon! But for the views and villa alone it is worth it.

Janus and team were amazing hosts - very responsible to scheduling activities/chefs/taxi rides and would suggest leveraging them to assist with your planning. They arranged transportation from the airport (roads are pretty hairy), recommended activities, coordinated a chef, arranged taxi's and restaurant reservations. Excellent service! The house itself is beautiful and the views are as well. If you really care about full air conditioning, you should note that the AC is only in the bedrooms but we found using the floor fans in the common areas made the common areas just fine and we spend most of our days outside exploring so it was never an issue for us. I would definitely come back....amazing trip!

Our stay at Mandavilla was such a wonderful experience. The views from the home were absolutely breathtaking. Each day I could not believe the beauty I was taking in. The home is rustic and open air but charming and clean. We stayed in April and had no issues with critters or bugs. At night the wind in the mountains was spectacular and cool. It roared like the ocean and was incredibly peaceful and tropical. We had dinner one night at the treetop resturant, which is only about 900 feet above the villa and it was delicious and magical. A Caribbean-Indian feast in a treetop! Our hosts were outstanding and went above and beyond to help us. We arrived on the island for check in on Easter Sunday with my toddler. I was concerned that grocery stores and restaurants might not be open. Our hosts helped us and went to the grocery store for us so we would have some essentials.

We had an amazing holiday at Story Villa in Canaries. The location is peaceful and idyllic, with spectacular ocean/sunset views from the balcony. The villa is excellent value. We felt at home there, with Claudia and her mum next door, who were welcoming and caring for our needs. We ate out at Claudia’s Kitchen on 3 occasions. She made us very welcome, it was a magical experience on my birthday supper. We hired a car from Jackson who met us at the airport and drove us back. He’s a lovely local guy and very cheerful, with good tips on places to visit during our stay. Mandy catered promptly for of our needs, arranging delivery of a new gas bottle for the cooker and turning on the electric for the shower. We loved Ti Kaye beach resort and shopping in Soufrieres. We also enjoyed Castries local market on Saturday morning and the rum distillery tour. Also Pigeon Island beach to name a few favourites. The village itself was fascinating, unspoilt and very friendly locals.

Samfi's place has a great setting high above Soufriere with fabulous views of the Pitons. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our private apartment was well equipped. If staying a car is advisable as it is a bit outside Soufriere.

This villa was beautiful! It was well kept, clean and a gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay here for our 2yr anniversary. Janus and his team helped us with anything we asked and were extremely responsive. If you dont plan on staying at a resort and instead an airbnb, Janus’s villas are where you should go. They can set up transportation, tours, massages, private dinners, you name it. The food in the area is good. I recommend Fedo’s which is a 5min walk and super cheap! I hope to be back again!

A beautiful location. Very peaceful and quiet. Perfect place to have breakfast on the balcony. As many others have said there is an added bonus of having Claudia (and her kitchen and mum) next door. Also just up the road is Adeline’s art cafe, worth a visit if you like cake and iced coffee, they also do a lunch menu. Location is excellent for going down to the best beaches ( sugar beach and Anse Chastenet) and exploring the countryside round the Pitons. If you are looking for a slice of the real (and very friendly) St. Lucia this is a good place to start.

We had an incredibly special week at Francine’s magical Mango Point - from the moment we stepped in we realised we were somewhere with real soul! Pamela cooked lovely food every evening - and even managed to accommodate / persuade fussy small people to trust in her food! The view, the beauty of the house itself - we can’t wait to come back. Thank you Francine, Pamela and Jacqueline. It’s been perfect!

We loved our stay in Melanie’s home! The home was exactly as pictured, with stunning views and fantastic amenities. Air conditioning worked well, house was spotlessly clean, and pool provided hours of entertainment. Joan the house manager was exceptional and responded to emails within in minutes; Flores cooked for us most nights of the trip and that made our vacation! Well worth the money!

Memorable charming unique experience in an “open air"-concept beautiful work of art house with the best view of the two Pitons in St Lucia. This house feel like sleeping in a tent, immersed in nature, but with the comfort of a house with comfortable beds and charming bathrooms. After this experience I realized an “open air"-concept house feels the best of all types of houses. Three of the four bedrooms have shutters that completely enclose the bedrooms but of course with all the gaps between the slats so if it's a strong wind like it was when we were there it doesn't bother you other than maybe the noise. All the beds have good soft nets. In the three days we stayed, we haven't seen any type of bugs, Mosquitos or animals in the house. There is a short drive to a true beautiful beach called Sugar Beach. You can also walk but it's a very long very steep and it's unnecessary as you can always find free parking. There a few restaurant and bars on the beach. There is no washer/dryer.

Fabulous stay! We were two families of four and had a brilliant time. The large pool is perfect, and there are plenty of outdoor seating / dining areas and gorgeous views. Anthea the house manager is so lovely and helpful, and there is regular upkeep from a pool man and a gardener (again both really lovely - and patient with children!). The road from Marigot Bay is bumpy / steep at times but no more difficult than other roads in St Lucia (eg easier than the road to Anse Chastenet!). The villa is surrounded by nature - lots of beautiful birds, lizards etc. and peaceful. I would recommend lots of bug spray and also ear plugs if you’re not used to the noise of the rainforest (and occasionally the local dogs albeit none at the house!). No air con was a first for us but we adapted quickly - the apartments are a beautiful, spacious and clever design so with the fans / vents it doesn’t get too hot. Everything you need for self catering (but also a great local chef if you like). Loved it!

We had the best stay and not just because St. Lucia is an amazing island, but because this place was beautiful. The views were amazing, we had easy access to a lot of restaurants on Marigot Bay and the beach. The house was pristine, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in and it was massive so we each had our own space. Alicia was so responsive, friendly and very easy to work with. She coordinated a new rental car for us after finding out our car was terrible, she gave us restaurant recommendations and made sure the housekeeper was available for us when we needed her. Our first night there we arrived late at night and upon telling her we were looking for a place to eat she coordinated a golf cart to pick us up to take us to dinner. My kids loved that lol. The house was conveniently located to Marigot Bay so if you book boat excursions it is a really easy pick up and drop off, and there’s a parking lot right at the bay for easy parking if you have a vehicle. St. Lucia is great and charming but different so it was great to have such a great place to be returning to after our adventures. We felt like home. Liza was amazing and always ready to help or give advice. She and her mom cooked a few amazing dinners for us and helped us to book full day catamaran trip (we were lucky to see lots of dolphins). We were two families with 4 teens that stayed in separate smaller house next to the main one, which was great. We had one 11month old baby and it was very safe for him to walk around as there were railings and gates everywhere. Highly recommend Wild Serenity Villa!!! We loved it. Thank you.

Heather was very accomodating and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which greatly improved the quality of our trip. The location of the villa isn’t far from restaurants and other attractions on the island, but do require transportation. Britney was extremely helpful in providing restaurant recommendations as well as finding drivers to help us get around. The whole team was very responsive and hospitable, and everything on the listing is exactly as advertised. If you are looking for a clean, quiet and relaxing stay you will definitely find it here!

Villa Karibu was just as beautiful as the photos! The house is spacious and well-equipped for cooking, heading to the beach, etc. The manager, housekeeper and groundskeeper were all friendly and helpful- for example, the umbrella by the pool didn’t work and within the hour they dropped off two new umbrellas! The snorkeling at the small beach down the hill is fabulous. We had an amazing stay!

We stayed at the Moringa Villa- Top Room for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. Spectacular views from the porch and infinity pool and helpful and friendly hosts - we loved that they helped us arrange transportation from the airport and even a couple’s massage the first day we arrived. Great recommendations in the guidebook they provided - highly recommend doing some of the activities (we loved the Saphire Falls and Jungle Hike and close proximity to beaches with amazing snorkeling). Hope to come back again soon!!!

Absolutely beautiful location. Great for a family or large group and the hostess is very responsive.

This beautiful villa is in the Saint Lucia countryside in the shadow of Le Gros Piton (we could see it from our bedroom window). Upon arrival, the infinity pool had just been serviced and the AC was already on. Our driver showed us how to access the property and left us to it (more about Garvin in a moment). It's just as in the pictures. The villa is surrounded on three sides by farmland, you're really by yourself. Our host, John, recommended Garvin to meet us at UVF airport. Garvin runs a car service and his drivers were super-punctual, friendly and good drivers. It's a mountainous country where they drive on the left; get a driver. Being so close to the Pitons, we were able to see the sights and visit local restaurants. If you're a cook, the kitchens (indoor and out) have way more than the standard gear for cooking (there's a chocolate fountain). Enjoyed the pool, the views, the Windward breezes at sunset, and the laid-back atmosphere.

Amazing place in to stay. Situated between the two pitons with incredible views. Loved the open air concept though I did have to sleep in the tv room to get a break from the bugs and humidity. Grateful that was an option though. Amazing views from every room.

Our stay at The Treehouse Villa was great. Keith and Damian were both very receptive and easy to communicate with. We rented the car as well which was very convenient ad it allowed us to explore and also provided our transportation to and from the airport. We stayed in TH1 and loved to open air concept, layout and views. The location is perfect. It's close to great beaches, the Pitons, and the rainforest which kept us busy with lots of things to do for the week. We would highly recommend The Treehouse Villas!

Kaye Coco is hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed and I have been privileged to travel quite a bit. The view, the accommodations, the location and especially the staff were all exceptional. The pics don’t barely show how stunning it really is. I came as a solo traveler had the most magical time. Special thank you to Garvin (property manager) for making all my vacation dreams come true!
