Argentario: overlooking the sea/establishment access

Although it is a house of about 140 square meters you will feel like living a holiday on a comfortable boat , you can dine on the beautiful terrace with the sun setting behind the island of Giglio or the Island of Elba depending on the season. Great for a family with 3 kids and maybe grandparents and a service person. With L rent you will have access to the private beach that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the same as the Hotel della Torre di Calapiccola. Magnificent even out of season with the fireplace lit.

At 10 mts from the beach, on the pedestrian seafront, “Mowita” flat has a stunning view on the sea. A little corner of paradise close to everything and at few steps from the sea... just relax and have the song of waves for lullaby! Free parking spots at 1 min walking, train station at 5 min walk (direct shuttle to the cruise ships) and the port at 10 min walk. Restaurants and bars are just downstairs but if you like something really special, try our Cooking Class or our Italian Family Dinner !

intera casa ideale per famiglie in ottima posizione centralissima a due passi dalle vie dello shopping. La zona è dotata di tutti i comfort con supermercato fornitissimo a 50 mt. Si raggiunge facilmente a piedi la stazione ferroviaria ed il porto. Nella zona cI sono ristoranti e locali dove poter degustare un buon aperitivo o un buon pasto di pesce. l'appartamento è di circa 100 mq ed ha a disposizione 1 cucina, 1 sala da pranzo con divano letto matrimoniale, 2 camere matrimoniali e 1 bagno.

One bedroom, ground floor of our villino on the bay of small village Pozzarello. independent entrance with some shared outside areas. on the BEACH but on the road too, so do expect some car noise in season, access the beach by a private underpass in 30 seconds- never needing to cross the road great for family. Lovely & cool in summer with aircon. fenced in outdoor space. Parking included and right outside the house gate. Park and then walk or bike for the rest of your stay in the area.

Penthouse consisting of: large living room with open kitchen, a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, plus it is equipped with a dishwasher and coffee machine. HomyHome is a nice studio flat on the 13th floor facing the sea. Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
