First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Mehmet for his interest in us. The villa impressed us very much from the moment we first entered. All the items were new, the house was modernly designed. The smell of cleanliness caught our attention when we walked in. Particular attention to cleanliness is seen. The location of the villa is great, you are in Kaş Square within 5 minutes by car. There is a grocery store near the villa, where you can meet all your needs, etc. Setur is 2 minutes away from Marina. The villa was so enjoyable that we spent a full day of our holiday just staying in the villa. Whenever we asked our questions, Mr. Mehmet responded instantly and was helpful. You can fully trust Mr. Mehmet and the comfort of the villa. Our address will not change on our next Kaş adventure.

It was our first airbnb holiday to be a family, and the lady was very interested, we were able to communicate at any time when there was a problem, we can say that the photos taken are one-to-one. If it's a different place on the line, the pool view is a little far from the magnificent center, but it's worth it, but it's worth it, it's worth it, a full price performance villa is a villa where you can comfortably stay with peace of mind.

We were absolutely delighted with the beautiful garden with pomegranate and orange trees, bougainvilleas and many other flowering Mediterranean plants. The complex is fantastic, quiet and simply a special place to feel good. The house is clean, cozy and you have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A highlight is also the private beach with sunbeds, sun protection and tranquility, which cannot be found in any hotel. Thank you dear Julia, we can only recommend your house!

Me and my family had an amazing stay here. The view is magical, the host were really great and welcoming and always responded within seconds. Pool was always clean, the guy comes to clean it and take the trash every morning. Villa is nicely located, with a private parking spot for the car. Supermarket is about 1 min away 👍🏼 On the downside however, which I know is important for many people is that it’s not completely private.. people can pretty much get a clear view at the terass and pool from the villas on its left and right. Last but not least good to know that it’s not the fanciest villa with great interior. But nothing that we cared that much about. Main thing it was clean with clean furnitures. Besides these two things, I strongly recommend 🙂👍🏼

Sadik was a very welcoming and helpful host that went above and beyond to provide a place that felt like home. He and his family clearly care a lot about their guests. The place has a soul, is beautifully decorated including all the necessities. The location is peacful but with easy access to Kas by car. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Kas.

Our Airbnb stay at Osman's villa, with five close friends was absolutely delightful. The villa itself was a haven of comfort and style, offering us a spacious retreat with all the amenities we could have asked for. The standout feature was undoubtedly the stunning pool, where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Osman, our gracious host, made sure the pool remained pristine, even taking the time to clean it after our extended use, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, he was attentive to our needs while also respecting our privacy, striking the perfect balance between being a gracious host and allowing us to enjoy the villa to the fullest. Our host, Mr. Nurettin and Ms. Hacer, were very caring and smiling. The suite had amenities that we could find whatever we wanted and it was immaculate. It was a 10-minute drive from the bazaar and the beach. We enjoyed the stay as a family, I highly recommend it to those who will come

Just back from a five week holiday at Dolphin View in Ayse's apartment which was clean well presented and reasonably well equipped. As the apartment is in B block it was adjacent to the pool, which we pretty much had to ourselves. There are a number of stages of steps down from the road but they were not a problem for us. On the two occasions we contacted Ayse her response was prompt and positive. The small shop and the Zaika restaurant are a short walk up the road as was the regular Dolmus town bus service.

Thanks Ibrahim, all instructions were clear. The hyper-equipped kitchen with utensils and small appliances - Nespresso, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, mixer, fruit press,etc. Authentic decor. A breathtaking view. Flowered surroundings. Spacious rooms. Perfect value for money. The accommodation is located high up close to the supermarket rich in items of all kinds of food and non-food items, spirits, beach items,etc. A shuttle bus connects you in 3 minutes maximum to the pool and beach (every 10’ ). Super good restaurants on Kalkan but also nearby like ‘Aciktim’. The only problem is the lack of air conditioning at the ground floor, which is compensated by a fan.

Nice apartment, convenient location relative to the center. Everything matches the photos. Everything is clean. Clear check in instructions. There are enough parking places on the street. I recommend
