It offers a south facing living room with equipped kitchen. First bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds (can be configured as 1 double bed). The living room has a sofa bed. There is a new bathroom with wc. The flat is fully equipped and air conditioned. It is on 2nd floor walk up.

Au coeur d'un jardin botanique vous aurez le plaisir de vous réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux, puis siroter un apéritif avec le chant des cigales ! La vue exceptionnelle du village de Châteauneuf finira de combler les amoureux de Provence.

Situé en plein cœur de Nice dans un quartier calme . Toutefois il peut y avoir un peu de bruit la nuit . Nous sommes au centre de Nice ! A quelques pas des plages , de la place Massena et du vieux Nice ! Vous pourrez profiter un maximum de vos vacances! Les entrées tardives ne posent aucun problème!
