Luxury rentals in Antilles

I’ve stayed at quite a few airbnbs, and this is the first time I can honestly say that the house was even nicer than the pictures. What a beautiful home to stay spend a long weekend in. They had every creature comfort you can ask for. Stellar location (stunning water views). The furniture and finishings are all high end and immaculate. Everything worked (tons of TVs, automatic blinds, grills, and pool/hottub) and was easy to use. Spent tons of time in the gorgeous pool and hot tub. Had Pontoon Party pick us up the house for an incredible time out (highly recommend). Incredible time and super responsive host. Couldn’t ask for more. 10/10

We had a wonderful week staying at this Latitude Key rental. The experience was seamless from start to finish. Check in went smooth and the entire place, both indoors and outside, was immaculately clean. Throughout the week we needed some assistance from the property manager and they were quick to respond and resolve the minor requests that we had. We finally had our entire family over for Thanksgiving and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area and had a wonderful time. Great overall stay. Highly recommend!

What an absolutely lovely vacation! If you are a nature lover, this property and the view are everything you could ever dream of! All of the modern amenities that a city dweller would be accustomed to: good wifi, powerful ac units, TVs in every room, a super modern kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 freezers, plus a wine cooler. But completely immersed in nature! We had a few small hiccups upon arrival - a bit of water in the master room, and an issue with one of the bedroom doors closing: both were addressed immediately and we had no more issues for the remainder of the trip. We decided to get a chef for the week, and it was just magical! We felt so special and catered to by Chef Francky, Maria, Rodolfo, and the rest of his incredible team! Also the housekeeper June was so lovely and Cheyenne was very helpful. This was an absolute dream vacation for our family and friends - our first time in St. Martin, but will definitely not be our last!

The house is very beautiful! Everything exceeded our expectations, the staff was very helpful and always happy to help out. The food was amazing, we tried everything, from oven pizzas, to seafood and even asian food. the pool and the hot tub where the best places to relax. Definitely one of the best houses I've stayed in the area.

A bit worn but The Setai is still a Topclass resort. The resort fee is a bit hefty but the level of service is high.

We had an incredible stay at Arrecife 23 — the house is honestly even better than the photos, they don’t do it justice. The home is immaculate and spacious and the outdoors with the pool is perfect. The location on the resort grounds and close to the beach, Blue Mall and the airport is perfect. And our stay was made seamless thanks to Jose’s hospitality as well as our chef, Santo! 100% would recommend.

Excellent. My friends were very impressed, and they're not easy to impress. The place was BEAUTIFUL and we had a great time. Residential neighborhood. Marc was very communicative. I'm a hermit so I prefer less communication but most people will love it. The jacuzzi blowers and heat are remotely operated so you text Marc and he turns them on for a half hour. Everything was as advertised. Appliances were immaculate. Vibes were immaculate. Everything just worked.
