This place is amazing, clean and has the best private beach. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful & informative. Felt extremely safe at all times.

This cottage is in an ideal spot in Key Largo. The amenities here are outstanding - two docks, snorkel gear, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and sailing! Great restaurants are within walking distance, too!

We had a short overnight stay but Justin was helpful and communicated with us the entire stay.

Place corresponding to the photos, easy to get to and access, better to rent a car because the distances that seem minimal on the map are actually important, and taxis always take advantage of tourists. However, great location in the hotel area, 5 minutes by car from the most modern shopping centers and 15 minutes from Cancun Airport

Cedric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded to all our inquiries within moments. He was kind, caring and always helpful. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, clean and had a spectacular view. Airport transportation was worry free. There was always an endless supply of snacks and various meal options to enjoy. The staff overall are amazing, making your stay wonderful. A few comments that I have regarding the resort are no reflection of Cedric. We paid for wifi service and it was not accessible most of the time. Trying to address the service issues was frustrating. Although we understand the process for evening dinner reservations, doing it every few days rather than every day would be easier. Of course you can always go to the buffets which are great. Beautiful resort to enjoy sunshine, relax time and priceless views. Reserve your experience through Cedric. You won’t be disappointed!

This apartment was well equipped, very clean and perfect for my three day conference. It’s attached to the hotel and all of the amenities such as room service and beach/pool access are available just as for hotel guests. Jorge reached out soon after I arrived to make sure all was well.

This experience was grand & full of spectacular service. The minute you book with Benjamín you are outstandingly well communicated with him until your final moment of the trip. Braxton was a wonderful host, he is very knowledgeable of the property and surrounding area. I reached out for a reservation last minute with late evening arrival that very same day. I was traveling alone had a high end car rental and it was very important to me to stay in a place that offered safety for both myself and the car rental. Braxton offered that a much more. The property itself was beautiful and staff were very friendly and eager to help. Resort was very well maintained. Braxton’s unit was impeccable, clean and worth every cent. If I were to return to Pompano Beach I wholeheartedly reach out to Braxton to host me again and again! Thank you Braxton !

It felt just like we booked through the actual hotel. The front desk even took my Hilton Honors membership and provided some upgrades. This was a great way to access such a beautiful resort at a reasonable rate and we’d certainly stay with them again.

Fantastic location… walked everywhere! Enjoyed the pool and tiki area and the pathway, trees and foliage just gorgeous. I’m a sucker for a spiral staircase so loved the interior! We had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay! It had the most beautiful views of the water and the surrounding bay. A super comfortable place to stay, especially for a couple. We rented a car, so getting around was pretty easy. Redhook, where all the restaurants and bars are was only a five minute drive. There was also a ferry in Red Hook that would take you and your vehicle over to St. John. There are two restaurants on the resort property. There are three swimming pools that are well maintained and rarely had any people at them so you have them to yourself, very peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The deck overlooking the bay was awesome. Rental includes snorkeling gear, which is a must if you are going to the beach. Our two favorite beaches on St. Thomas, where Linquist Beach (less than 5 min by car) and Magens Bay. Coki Beach is walkable, but it was very crowded because multiple cruise ships were in port on the day we went. I would stay at this property agai

We were lucky to have one of the units with an excellent view. Unit was clean and spacious and great location. Pool area and staff excellent so close to the beach Our unit was not available for a couple of days but got sorted out fairly fast. Patricia was very helpful and fast to respond.

Margaritaville was amazing! Our room was upgraded to a two bed/two bath! The presidential room was amazing and the views!! Right outside were two balconies with perfect water front views! We were immediately impressed! Walked outside our building and there was the pool and beach! The resort was perfect for us. We rented a car and drove all over the island and then took a ferry and drove all over St. John’s and we just loved it all! The resort restaurant is just okay but it worked for what we needed. The coffee shop was great with breakfast and coffee. We had a lot of good instructions from previous family who stay and we just had the best time ever!

Beachcomber is a great place to vacation in south Florida. Pool, Beach, Deep Restaurant all great!

We had a wonderful time very clean and perfect all the access to the Atlantis. We went for my husband‘s birthday and we had a wonderful time. I will definitely return. I give it five stars.

Hosts were friendly and responded in timely manner. Unit was EXACTLY like pictures. Spic and span. extremely clean. Smelled fresh. Ample space. bathroom and shower were so clean. No oven in unit was the only bummer. located in Margaritaville. the resort is beautiful, the beach is beautiful. staff is very friendly and helpful. Always felt safe. We look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed one week on East End at Simeon’s place. There is a supermarket close to the resort and the condo had all the amenities needed to feel like home away from home. Simeon also gave us some great suggestions and ideas to enjoy our time in the island. Simeon is very responsive and communicates well with his guests from the minute we booked with him and throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better host who takes his time making sure his guests are 100% satisfied. Thanks again for everything!

Beautiful resort! Would definitely stay here again. This was an adult trip but there was lots to do for kiddos too.

We have stayed at The Grand Bliss several times before, so we were quite familiar with what to expect in terms of accommodations & resort amenities. Bryan’s description was super accurate! We always enjoy walking on the paths through the resort to get to the beach, pools & restaurants and it’s quite easy to meet your step goal each day - LOL! It’s also fun to take the shuttles provided on golf carts throughout the resort if you need a break from walking or just want to get a different view of the grounds. The staff at the resort are so friendly and attentive. Our favourite pool is the Sanctuary Pool at the Grand Mayan as it is smaller & not as busy as the main pool. It was entertaining the day a large iguana fell from a high tree and belly flopped right into the pool just missing a few people lounging in the shallow area! Watch out for the coatis (raccoon like animals) as they have become quite bold and are not beyond snooping in your bags & stealing your food! We had a great vacation!

I throughly enjoyed my stay. It was very clear, quiet and relaxing. I’m a swimmer so I started my day with a therapeutic swim .
