Our cabins are located directly on the Conejos River with everything you could need for your stay. In addition we have a beautiful pond stocked with trout. Catch and release barbless hook fly fishing is available by reservation on our river or pond separate from booking the cabin for an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE FISHING IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED. Also please note, we do allow dogs, however we charge a $50 pet fee. Please message us for availability. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway with us!

Adventurer's delight! Very private location at a great price. We are located 3 miles east of South Fork. Take your pick from skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, ATVs, or just relaxing. This updated cabin offers one bedroom with queen size bed, a loft with two twins beds, and a futon in the living room. Kitchen with essentials and bbq on the deck.

This is the place to be if you love peace, solitude, and the outdoors. This cabin is located just 5 minutes from downtown Chama in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by tall ponderosa pines. Enjoy the outdoors whether it is relaxing on the wrap-around covered deck or recreating in the Sargents Wildlife Area. There is a fireplace, outdoor fire pit, horsehoes, and grill for guests to enjoy as well. Wildlife are often spotted around the property, including deer, turkeys, elk and the occasional bear.

The house has a fenced in yard and is located on 1 acre just a few minutes walk from the national forest. Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the cozy enclosed porch. There is plenty of room for ATV parking, and you can go directly to many trails without having to tow or trailer!
