Perfect cabin with ample space for our family. The house has comfortable beds, nice quality furniture and a luxury feel. The community amenities are lovely. Took me less than 25 mins to get to keystone for skiing. The house is surrounded by lovely aspen trees and there are nice mountain views, especially from the master bedroom. Andy was a communicative and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, everything was fantastic. The property is impeccably clean, which is a huge plus for me as someone who is germophobic—it truly exceeded my expectations. The large master bathroom was a wonderful addition, and I especially loved how dark and cozy the bedroom is, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The breathtaking views of Grand Lake are definitely a highlight! As a real estate investor, I appreciate the high standards of this property—it’s simply amazing! The convenience of having a Keurig machine is a nice touch; just remember to bring your favorite K-Cups. Plus, there’s covered parking available, adding to the overall convenience. For downtime, you'll find plenty of books to read and games to enjoy. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience! Great place, as advertised. Very close to the base lift at Granby and we skied down to the back porch at closing time each day. It was a short walk through base camp in the mornings to get to the lift. Many ski in/ski out's are a stretch and aren't as advertised but this one proved to be a true ski in/ski out. Very happy with price, location and amenities. I was able to walk over to the gym for a workout in the morning (with access to pool and hottub as well) for $15/day. IF you plan to go the gym, they only allow you to come in with a clean change of shoes (BEWARE). They don't want the salt and grit on the machines and they WILL turn you away. Also, given that the house does allow pets, I'm surprised they have carpet in the upstairs. Would prefer hard surfaces throughout (wood/tile/etc) for cleanliness reasons but I realize that's a personal preference and everyone's different. Great place overall!

This place is amazing! The condo is beautiful and well furnished. It is loaded with everything that you need, and it makes you feel right at home. The views of the mountains and snow-covered frozen lake from every floor were spectacular. I would love to come back to this condo in the summer, as the views can only get better!

Second time stay for our family; we feel right at home! Thankful for a great place with a great host in a great location! Kids are already asking when we can come back!

Luc was a great host, checked in on us to be sure we had everything we needed. The house is adorable, clean and very spacious! We loved how walkable everything was as well. Comfortable beds. Comfortable, large sofa and plenty of seating. So nice having a washer and dryer too! We would love to visit again for sure!

Our 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 3. Very comfortable. The kitchen is a little small, but mostly stocked well and we had brought a lot from home. The beds were comfortable and everything went really well! The unit is not river-facing, but we were just a short walk from riverside benches and picnic tables, and a hot tub. The pool is a great option - the playground was maybe a little small for our 3.5 year old, but it was something to do. We walked one night up to highway 36 for dinner, there were several options within walking distance. Also a little mini golf place. Otherwise, we drove into downtown which was not far and the visitor center has a free parking garage. We loved how quiet and out of the way the complex was, and how close to the entrance for RMNP, which we did one day. We would stay here again - lots of fun and a nice getaway!
