A wonderful stay. The apartment has all the amenities you need for your trip and more. Pretty modern and clean, the apartment has exit to the boulevard of the beach where you can see the sunset. It also has an incredible pool area. 100% recommended and would come again.

Comfortable apartment and facilities in the residential complex! I would just add for more and better comfort an extra water tank or a larger capacity one and a few better pots in the kitchen; everything else was very good! It was still a pleasant stay that I hope to repeat soon!

Our stay at Guaica Suite was excellent, we enjoyed it with our family. Its facilities within the residence very nice and in good condition, all very quiet and very well attended by the staff of the residence. A place we would definitely come back. Host José's attention was excellent, always thinking about our well-being and comfort. I recommend it 100%.

Very good service! We went through an issue because of the light and the fault plant at the beginning but the willingness to fix that inconvenience was incredible! Even night hours looking to fix! The house is beautiful, well located with everything you need, highly recommended

Unbeatable location, right on the canals, with direct canal access to the boat house. The property is spacious, luxurious and immaculately cared for. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with 5-star standards, ideal for a family or group of up to 8 people in good taste. The pool stays perfectly clean and is a real plus to relax. The host, Tere, was exceptional: very friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay. 100% recommended. Monica took me out of an emergency in the early morning (12am), allowed me to stay in her apartment with my family, she responded despite not being a due time and we finalized the stay very quickly, I appreciate the trust she had. In addition to that the apartment was impeccable I was very pleased, she made available basic items necessary for the guest such as soap, shampoo, coffee, Sugar, Salt, Oral Enjuague, washing detergent, paper, drinking water and she was always attentive to her and her husband, even helped us in a problem that was presented to us with the car. This is why I definitely recommend this place to the community.

The super comfortable space, easily accessible, the apartment tidy, clean and with a beautiful view of the pool and common areas and the most important thing is that everything was close as to walk without worrying about carrying a car (beach, supermarket, food places)
