Vacation rentals with breakfast in Apennine Mountains

Hidden gem - I wish we would’ve planned a longer stay!!! Such a great Italian cabin in the woods, offering peace and calm and the healing power of nature. Every morning we awoke on our own - no traffic, a few birds, and the shutters kept the light out! We loved the old antique feeling of an updated WiFi home away from home.

I travel professionally and use AirBnB literally everywhere I go. I guess that makes me something of a "power user". So when I say that Pier Nicola's home and service are as good as good can get, believe me! The quality and aesthetic of the fit out is matched, even surpassed, by true care and hospitality that goes way beyond the norm you would expect. Having vouchers for coffee and a pastry from the amazing bar/pasticceria, literally across the street, was a unique joy. But receiving a follow up message on my phone with a beautiful photograph of the piazza taken at night was the cake and the cherry. Suffice to say, this accommodation comes HIGHLY recommended. Bravo Pier Nicola - you're one of a kind!

Lovely place and friendly hosts. Great for local walks and access to Ravello. Must be comfortable walking on roads. Quite far away from Scala village centre- about 20 min walk on the road, which is fine but may be too much for some. Incredible views!

Excellent place, good value, quiet oasis in the wonderful crazy of Naples. Hosts were super friendly and helpful, and the extras (water, coffee, snacks, milk, drinks) were delightful. Lots of effective storage and amenities. We would stay again!

a small home ideal for discovering the Matese and its landscapes. The apartment is located in a small typical alley. You have to leave the car on the main street, but it's not too far away. the views are stunning from the windows. It's perfect to go to Lake Matese

Carolina’s place was so cute and in such a peaceful location. We had breakfast served by her mother and it was wonderful. They’re home in beautiful and they were so kind. I do wish the hot water lasted long enough for two showers but for a place in the middle of the country I totally understand. Definitely recommend!

Sara was extremely helpful. Due to circumstances we had to book the house last minute in order to stay just for the night and we also arrived late. Even so she was there to greet us and give us all the info we needed. She had even baked a delicious cake for us! The house is perfect, clean, with everything you may need. We certainly recommend it.

Laura’s ‘Tiny House’ was perfect! I was looking for a cozy place at close proximity to the Rome airport (FCO - Fiumicino) and to the waterfront. Laura’s house was just right, and is fewer than 5 minutes from the airport. The house was very clean, secure, and has a nice veranda from which to relax. I’d definitely come back on my next trip to Rome. Ciao for niao, Laura!

Communication with the host was immediately excellent and friendly, Chiara is helpful and kind. Check-in was flexible on times, which was very convenient. The apartment is very nice, equipped with everything you need, and is in an excellent neighborhood, well served and with the subway reachable on foot in a couple of minutes. Great for getting around the city. Highly recommended!

Great place, close to the ferry port!

A very large, comfortable, clean apartment, equipped with every comfort, in a beautiful villa with garden in a residential area, with nearby parks to walk the dog. By car 10 minutes from the center, great location! I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely time at Sofia's apartment. It is very nice and tastefully furnished. It is also beautifully located in the old center of Bologna in a cozy student neighborhood. Everything (attractions, museums, the Piazza Maggiore) is at walking distance. We will definitely come back here!

The host was extremely helpful and friendly from the first contact, providing us with all the necessary check-in information and helpful tips on what to visit nearby. Communication was always quick and effective, which made everything very simple and smooth. I had the pleasure of staying at the B&B Abbondanza during my visit to Naples and I can say with certainty that it was one of the best places I have ever been in terms of value for money. The environment is warm and welcoming, perfect for feeling at home even when away from home. The location is convenient, allowing you to easily reach the most interesting points of the city. The cleanliness is impeccable, a detail that really makes the difference and makes the stay extremely pleasant. Very nice B&B, the location was perfect, right in the centre of the town. A breakfast with many delicious options and nice hiking tips. When we were visiting it was a bit the end of the season and we were struggling to find a boat trip from Maddalena. Fabrizio and Jessica helped us by calling some people they knew and the next day we were sailing on a catamaran to all the islands around:) Thanks for all!

We had a lovely stay at Beta's! Beta welcomed us in a very warm way in her exceptional accommodation and gave us a map of Olbia by advising us good places and places to park to visit the old town! Plus, breakfast was hearty and delicious! We would recommend it without hesitation, thank you again Beta, we would be happy to come back!

Rosa and her husband had been the best host I’ve ever stayed with really communicative and helpful and the room that I’ve had it had some awesome views I wish I could of have stayed an extra day or two, Rosa’s husband was Abel to pick us up and dropped us off to the piano station really helpful the breakfast it’s not 10 points but it’s 1000 points highly recommend staying with Rosa.

We only stayed one night, we immediately felt at home!! Excellent hospitality and flexibility in check-in and check-out times!! Breakfast puts wings on your feet❤️ Super clean house and attention to detail. What can I say... we'll be back soon!!

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Laura's kindness and availability and the comfort of the accommodation. The location is great, it allows you to get to the beaches in 10 minutes by car, or to visit the beautiful surrounding villages. We really enjoyed the abundant and varied breakfast as well as the fresh fruit, always available. Laura also gave us useful tips on places and places to eat.
