Loft vacation rentals in Apennine Mountains

We had a great stay at Marisa’s accommodation! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having access to the small garden,it was a lovely spot to relax with a cup of coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet very well connected to central Rome with easy access to public transport. Marisa was a wonderful host,super friendly and helpful. She took the time to meet us in person, showed us around the place, and gave us plenty of useful tips about public transport, local restaurants, shops, and food spots. Her warm welcome made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to come back again!

It is a pleasure for me to write this review, we had a wonderful time at Francesco’s place, his parents checked us in and made sure we understood everything about the apartment and the surrounding area. They were so welcoming and warm and genuine people. The apartment itself was beautful and well stocked with everything you need. Location was also perfect with easy access to all major attractions. I HIGHLY recommend you stay here. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back Florence if we can. thank you Francesco!

Cozy, clean and well equipped house (kitchen with full equipment for cooking). Convenient and quiet location in the center of Pitigliano. Barbara gave us a lot of directions to the area and was kind and responsive. Recommended

We had 2 wonderful days here. The apartment is on street level. Very beautiful, clean and very nice. 5 minutes walk to different restaurants and public transport. Here we would love to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Antonio's place! We didn't miss anything, and Antonio was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated, just like in the pictures. The location is super central so we could easily walk to everything – perfect to enjoy Napoli to the fullest! Thank you, Antonio, for your hospitality and for this great experience. Great location and wonderful host!

Great little flat near the Colosseum! It was perfect for 2 people- good location for exploring all the sites and has all you need for a few nights in Rome. The hosts were very accommodating and even arranged early check in at 10am which was extremely helpful. Would recommend!

Daria’s place was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave after four days! If you choose to stay here, you’re in for a treat: 1. Amazing room amenities — from the beautiful balcony view to every high quality item thoughtfully provided. Yes, she even tried to fill up the fridge! (Oh, I missed the soft towel already.) 2. Unbeatable location — just a short walk (less than 5 minutes!) to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Rinascente shopping mall. 3. A truly caring host — Daria helped us carry our luggage up five flights of stairs and gave us the most thoughtful local restaurant recommendations. La gensola bravo! Our trip to Rome turned out even better than we expected, all thanks to her. Thank you so much, Daria!

Irene’s place was absolutely gorgeous! It is in a great location and such a beautiful apartment. It is walking distance from all the main sites. We highly recommend staying here!!

Can’t say enough great things about Fede as a host. I told her I was coming to Rome to experience the city like a local with my family and she provided several itineraries. She and her husband were proactive and super responsive. They checked in days leading up to our arrival and throughout. Next time we’re in Rome- we will be staying there. No doubt! Thank you!

Serena was an incredible host, and her property was exactly what we wanted. it was the perfect size for my wife and I and was a mere walk to everything you wanted to see. Serena and her co hosts were incredible, after a mistake made by my wife and I (we took the key by accident), they calmly and politely found a solution while easing our stress of messing up. We absolutely loved our time there and will bookmark it for a follow up visit. highly recommended

Very interesting accommodation to see Livorno: view of the canals, location on the edge of the historic center (easy to reach from outside, easy to move on foot in the city). The apartment is well set up and clean; the bedroom is on the mezzanine, with a very low ceiling, but this helps to have more space in the living area. The long and steep condominium stairs to climb to the third floor, they are not for everyone... Alessandra was quick to respond and very organized with information, in the accommodation there is a nice booklet with all the instructions and some tips for the locals (thank you!). Ultimately, it was a great stay.

My fiancée and I were very satisfied with Margareth's hospitality, the loft is really a delight. Scarlino is perfect for those who love historic villages, well served, and you can reach the best beaches in the area with ease.

My stay at Andrea was perfect. He is very friendly, responsive and helpful. When I was arriving late in the evening he picked me up from the train station and even drove me to the next supermarket so I could get some food for the first night. Other than that he was always responding to my messages, giving me recommendations and tips for the area. The apartment is very bright, newly renovated, has everything you need and very spacious. All in all just a perfect stay! Highly recommended.

we stayed 2 nights, cozy cottage with all the comforts described, Mr. Gianni and his wife are exquisite, kind and cordial people, they also gave us advice on nearby places to visit. The loft also enjoys a beautiful panoramic view with a small and delightful porch from which to admire the view. Super recommended loft, we will definitely be back!

The room, surrounding area, and Annie were all great. My only issue was being so far from the center of rome as i am a study abroad student, but that was a personal issue. Great place to stay if you don’t mind that. Annie was very helpful. Gave directions, recommendations, and was flexible with check in and check out. Great overall stay.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. I ASKED IF THERE WAS THE POSSIBILITY OF HAVING A BARBECUE AND IT WAS BOUGHT NEW TO ME AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AND THIS MAY ALREADY BE ENOUGH TO HAVE A GREAT RATING. CLEAN HOUSE, AND WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO SPEND QUIET DAYS. THE NEIGHBOR WHO GIVES US OLIVE OIL AND MRS. ROSARIA WHO GIVES US FRESH OREGANO WERE THE ICING ON THE CAKE!!!THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

A short walk from the sea, close to restaurants and supermarkets, spacious and clean, air conditioning that helped us survive on the hottest days, great price given the area where it is located.
