Vacation rentals with a patio in Apennine Mountains

Ante picked us up from the bus station which was very appreciated. He was responsive with any queries prior to and during our stay. The apartment and everything was clean and new. Lovely decor as per the photos. Lots of storage space. TV in both bedrooms and living room. Great flatscreen TV in lounge. It was a great location. We walked to the old town and restaurants most days (about 20 minutes) with a local grocery shop and Lidl close by. I joined local gym and we found lovely local coffee / drinks bar ‘The Bar’. Both fab. Felt very safe. We found Ubers easy to get and use. Zadar is a beautiful place and Antes place is a great place to stay. We would absolutely return.

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The equipment includes everything you need, there were even more things than in the description. Contact with Antonia was seamless and very fast, and all of our additional wishes were fulfilled. The location is superb - beaches, several restaurants and a shop within a few minutes walk, while still being quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a great vacation :)

We had a great stay in the very nice apartment. We found everything as described and the moderate conditions were topped by the very nice host who was always friendly. The apartment is really very tastefully decorated. Everything is spotless and of very good quality. It's more spacious than you'd think from the photos. The atmosphere is private, undisturbed and relaxed. The best thing is three cats and the dog, which not only the children enjoyed. Many thanks to the great hosts.

We had a great time at Matej. We received a warm welcome and the flat was perfect. It was very spacious, calm and very clean. We appreciated the extras in the fridge, drinks and fruits so we could feel home straight away. The area is beautiful and it was very convenient to have a parking space. We recommend staying at Matej’s apartment.

I was absolutely amazed by the incredible hospitality of the host. The apartment had everything we needed, and even more, for a truly comfortable stay. Thanks for that and of course for the herb brew! See you again ☀️ If you want to experience a quiet holiday, with lots of nature and of course the sea at your doorstep, this is the place to be. A tip from me: If you can take a bike, I recommend doing it. There are many small paths by the sea to get to know the whole island. We also took care of the ways to the localities or to shopping.

We had the best time in Zadar and Luka and Leti really helped with that. The flat is lovely, super clean, great light and view of the sea from the balcony. The flat is in a peaceful alleyway and less than 5 minute walk from the beach. The hosts were super responsive and even sent us great recommendations for things to do during our stay, great tips for places to eat, the best nearby beaches and nice sightseeing in the area. We loved every minute! We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back. Thank you so much Luka.

We enjoyed our stay on Cres in this Appartement. It had everything we needed for the time. The apartment is very well located. Beach and city center a both in walking distance (5-10 min). Nivijo was welcoming and helpful.

Ivan makes you feel right at home. Checking in with him was extremely pleasant as he is multilingual [Croatian, English, German] All necessary aids were available and much more (coffee maker, hairdryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). All the questions we had were answered via Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire vacation was rounded off in a special way, starting with the welcome snack platter to his wife's homemade apple strudel. There was also a great amusement at the end. We will definitely be back. Came as guests, left as friends. We've rarely met such an attentive host. If we could, we would give MORE than 5 stars. Beautiful and secluded but cosy place close enough to Plitvice Lakes. Had all the amenities to have a comfortable stay. My missus loved the coziness and decor of the RA House. Jasna and Ivica provided clear instructions to find the place and whole check in and check out process was seamless. Would love to be back again in the future.

Maria’s place is amazing! The lemon trees in the yard were beautiful and Maria allowed us to pick them for our use. The location is close enough yo walk to the town, beach and train station, but still very private with her beautiful landscaped yard.

We had a great stay at this apartment on Vir. The apartment was simple, but very clean and cozy. The advantage was a great location – close to the beach, restaurants and shops which gave us convenient access to everything we needed. Goran was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any question or request. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, perfect to relax and recharge. We'd love to come back again! The apartment is bright, spacious and very clean just like the photos. There are many good restaurants and shopping options that can be reached in minutes on foot. Branka and her mother were always available, helpful and incredibly friendly. We had a very nice and relaxing vacation.

My family and I had a great stay! The apartment is close to the center, a stone's throw from the Accademia Gallery, in an area where there is less crowds of tourists. It is a recently renovated apartment, well furnished, comfortable, clean and wider than what you perceive from the photos. There are all the necessary amenities for medium-long stays and Andrea, the host, was very hospitable and helpful. The small elevator is very useful, since the apartment is on the upper floors.

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Beautiful place , with an amazing view. Giovanni made me a 1 minute video of how to get to apartment from the train and it was super easy. The place was very clean, spacious and the terrace was stunning. Was welcomed with wine. A few steps but nothing crazy and the view makes it worth it. Would stay again!

Great little stop on our journey around Sardinia. My wife and I both loved the very tasteful decor and the facilities available were high quality and easy to use. Probably the most comfortable bed we slept in - and that's up against 5-star hotels! Arbatax has a lot to offer too with boat tours and plenty of other activities to do and some great restaurants for the foodies out there. I loved the little bay next to the gate with the lighthouse on the hill. Beautiful! Also like others say, it's a good place to be if you're a cat lover. They're everywhere! I think they should change the name of the town to ArbaCATS! If I had any small suggestions for additions, I think one would be to have some blackout curtains, and another would be to have a towel rack in the bathroom. We had a fantastic stay, and want to say a big thank you to the host for their flexibility and warm welcome.

Anja was very nice and friendly. Easy check-in and out. The place was very clean, new and modern. Sights of Pula were within easy walking distance. (approx. 30 min) Can only recommend it. :)

perfect house for quiet and relaxing stays. Close to the sea and with comfortable spaces to eat. Air conditioning in all rooms and reserved parking space. nearby there is a bike rental so you don't have to move by car. A few kilometers from the center of Castiglione. friendly and very helpful host, he gave us great tips on the surroundings and made sure everything went smoothly. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
