The magnificent views of the lake and the Alps were already appreciated at the end of the 19th century. Painters, musicians, and wealthy citizens were drawn here for their summer holidays.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

In a fully equipped kitchen, the dining and living area and the balcony, guests can enjoy the tranquility after eventful excursions.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. The apartment is located in the middle of Munich, Garmisch and Füssen, each about 60 km away. On site there is a small swimming lake with a Greek restaurant. About 7 km away you can visit a warm outdoor pool. The Ammersee is 15 minutes away, Lake Starnberg and Lake Staffelsee are 30 minutes away. The town of almost 2000 inhabitants has a large supermarket, a pharmacy, and two banks.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
