45m2 apartment located in the heart of the city of Apt a few steps from shops and historical monuments. It includes a large living room of 28m2 with open kitchen, fully equipped (induction hob, oven, hood, fridge, microwave, coffee maker Dolce Gusto (1 coffee pod offered per person for the first morning) and kitchen utensils ( pots, pans, dishes, etc ...), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom with a bed 140 and closet / wardrobe.
“I opened the door and frankly, Wow! Great design, very clean and Angelique was really nice and very responsive. A small apartment very cocooning, what made me happy is to discover a small guide where she recommended places, very well written and explicit brief full of little attention to spend a pleasant stay. I recommend and I will come back.”
Dépendant d’un mas du XVIII°, cette maison (40 m2), climatisée, bénéficie d'un accès privée et communique avec de beaux espaces partagés de jardin et la piscine (5m x 10m). Confort et calme absolu à 100 mètres du centre historique d'Apt, ville célèbre pour son marché provençal. Séjour avec canapé-lit, TV, wifi et balcon/terrasse. Cuisine équipée avec coin repas. WC séparé. Salle d'eau (douche). Chambre à coucher avec lit double et rangements. Enfant (- 2 ans) sur demande.
“The apartment is very well located, well equipped and very clean. We were with our child a year, everything went well despite the presence of a few stairs in the apartment. The private terrace of the apartment is a bit narrow to enjoy but there is the possibility of using the terrace owners (accessible from the apartment) which is very large. Thank you to Marie Aude for the reception which was very reactive despite our late booking.”
Lovely new house with a panoramic view on the Luberon Come and enjoy the private swimming pool of 15m, lounging in the sun. You can also discover the Colorado Provençal (10mn by car), the villages among the most beautiful in France like Roussillon or Gordes (15 to 20mn by car). You will also enjoy Apt market, every saturday morning, spread across the entire city.
“The accommodation is ideal for a relaxing stay near shops, walking and cycling trails ... At 4, we had plenty of room. The swimming pool is superb. Table tennis and bbq complete the property's facilities. We were afraid of noises with the road passing below but ultimately there is very little car. Calm reigns! Finally, in this particular context linked to COVID, we felt safe and reassured by the behavior of the owners. Excellent stay!”
