Everything was built respecting bio-architecture. In addition to the bungalow, there are common areas including a swimming pool, oven, barbecue, outdoor spaces and much more. The estate of one hectare of olive trees is located between the villages of the Salento hinterland, 5 km from Castro and a few km from Otranto, Leuca and Pescoluse.

Villa Amicorum is surrounded by vines and olive trees in a quiet location on the outskirts of San Pietro with sparse buildings. The complex consists of 2 fully furnished houses for 4-5 people each. The landscaped garden, surrounded by a natural stone wall, has a size of 2,300 m².
