We had a wonderful stay at Yakub Sir’s property! Both he and his wife are incredibly warm and responsive hosts who ensure everything runs smoothly for their guests. The location is easy to find and exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. It’s freshly prepared in their kitchen, extremely hygienic, served in generous portions, and absolutely delicious! The menu has a great variety, and I highly recommend trying their home-cooked meals. The property is well-situated with a scenic medium-level trail leading to Kankeshwar Temple nearby, and Kihim Beach is also just a short drive away as mentioned in the listing. I’ll definitely be returning here the next time I visit Alibaug. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

The place was overall a decent property. Food prepared was great. Definitely recommended. The staff were supportive throughout. The owner himself was there during check-in and a true gentleman. There are always chances to improve. The Wi-Fi could have been better.

absolutely fantastic stay at this property which gave us a feeling of close to the nature. overall it was simple and fulfilled. no posh gimmick to attract. what you see is what you are getting. I will choose this place again whenever I visit south goa.

This place is oustanding piece of art and architecture.. people who appreciate art should consider it for sure and will fall in love with each corner of this place. Everything about this place is well thought through and rich. Host pre empts what queries one could have and provides you an answer well before arrival. Caretaking staff is hospital and courteous too. Very patient and hits all stars when it comes to cooking.. Kudos to the team !!

It was a pleasent stay at Viinod and Beena's place. Me and my wife liked it a lot. The host were very helpful. The walk to the river was very nice and we spent quite some time there at the river till sunset, which felt peaceful and beautiful.

I booked this place for what was an extremely important trip for me and my friends. So we were looking for some place peaceful, memorable and hospitable. To our delight, this property turned out to be all that and much more. Initially, the listing looked too good to be true, especially at the price it was offered. Still I decided to take the leap and made the booking for our long awaited holiday. I'm glad I decided to do that. Right from when I made the booking to the moment we checked out, Rohit, the host, was readily available for any help or assistance. He made sure we had all the details we needed regarding the location, itinerary, cuisines, etc. A big reason for this trip's success was Rohit's impressive hospitality and warmth. The property itself is a great bungalow with two very well designed and equipped rooms, a well groomed lawn and a beautiful terrace. Although a bit remote, the location was easy to find and navigate to. Being right next to the Sula backwaters and vineyards, this is a great location to have peaceful time between open farms and a view of mountains and lakes. The rooms were squeaky clean, exceeding our expectations and had all the amenities mentioned in the listing. However, the show stealer has to be the terrace, which apart from being very well designed, offers a breathtaking view and a sunset to die for. This is something one would otherwise have to pay a lot more for. I'd also especially like to mention the impeccable service provided by the caretakers at the property. They ensured all our needs were catered to and were a big reason why we had a wonderful stay. Their service was nothing short of what one would expect from a luxury hotel. Overall the whole experience offered great value and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who may consider staying here.

Khushboo's villa is all one can ask for a peaceful relaxing stay. The entire gated community is bursting with blooms, has manicured gardens and clean pools. Lots of birds can be seen and heard. The villa is comfortable and super clean. Khushboo is super helpful at all the times. Would love to recommend it to all friends and family

The stay is like an oasis of nature in the middle of city chaos. The interiors are also equally beautiful and aesthetic. And ofcourse the couple are so warm and loving. Location is super close to many goods restaurants in Candolim and also the beach. All in all highly recommend and coming back definitely Adrian:)!

As I told my hosts so welcoming and friendly during my checkout, this residence-resto is my favorite in Goa, if not more. To follow this small path, in a lush garden, to arrive at my cottage in complete privacy, peaceful, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort, the taste for decor and the choice of rustic furniture. All this in a large, well ventilated space, with a beautiful brightness. Everything is functional, there is nothing missing as far as I'm concerned. I really want to go back for a longer stay.

Travelled to goa for first time. A great place to stay as it is just 20 m from Arambol beach. You can go for a morning walk and enjoy the sunrise and plan the day. There are very good restaurants around. The place is very less crowded. Had peaceful stay. The place has a private pool. Scooty and taxi services are available. Vaibhav upgraded us to room by pool. You will find mostly foreigners around. Overall a 5star experience.

We had a great stay here and Lawrence was a wonderful host. He helped us with so many things including scooter rental and a place for our friends to stay nearby. The house is in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood full of coconut trees and birds. We recommend everyone to stay here and experience the hospitality and area.

Fantastic place. Heaven for nature lovers and those who seeking peace away from city. There is mobile network too. However WiFi in common area can be requested. Food is very delicious. For bird lovers this is paradise, one can easily spot blu eared kingfisher, stork billed kingfisher, white throated kingfisher, woodpeckers, swallows , Indian crow pheasant, water hens. Total property is 65 acres approximately which has multiple plantations. Manager Jay can take you for walk around the property which I recommend you should. Overall a must visit place.

Was worth it to stay at Jamil’s cottage and experience Dubai beachside living. The place is super clean and cute and very well thought out. Quiet with bird sounds in the morning. Walking distance from beautiful beach, the whole area and is a low key and enchanting version of Dubai. And Jamil is super helpful and responsive, I enjoyed my stay a lot and would go back again for sure!
