Our stay at Talal’s flat in Muscat was more than just a holiday—it truly felt like a home away from home. From the very beginning, Talal stood out as an exceptional host, he is very communicative, kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help. He was incredibly responsive to every message, whether we had a question, needed a recommendation, or just wanted to check in. His support made everything smooth and stress-free, and by the end of the trip, he felt more like a friend than a host. The flat itself exceeded our expectations. It is simply PERFECT! It’s spacious, spotlessly clean, totally furnished incredibly quiet,which is something essential for us. Everything we needed was provided, You can really tell that Talal has put care and thought into making his guests feel welcome. The location is also perfect: just a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Muscat and also ideally situated for exploring the city. We miss everything!We’re already looking forward to coming back

I had an unforgettable stay at Bnbeyond's Holiday Home in Downtown Views 2 Tower 1. The apartment itself was stunning – unlike your typical holiday home, it featured unique and thoughtfully curated interiors that made the space feel both luxurious and welcoming. Every single window in the apartment offered a direct, breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa. Waking up or winding down with that iconic skyline was truly magical. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to Dubai Mall, which made shopping, dining, and exploring so convenient. The building’s amenities were exceptional, and the podium walkway and pool area offered unreal views of the Burj Khalifa, especially in the evening. What made the experience even better was the incredible hospitality from Bnbeyond Vacation Homes. They were kind, super attentive to any requests we had, and always prompt with their service. The apartment was spotless on arrival and felt truly cared for, which made all the difference.

An amazing stay loved every moment & exactly as described! Would most definitely stay again! Only a couple of minor things, the kitchen could do with proper mugs for a proper cup of tea as only have espresso “tiny” cups and a toaster would be much better than what’s there! Other than that perfect! :) so for anyone considering BOOK IT!!

Great location! Close to all amenities and the marina and JBR district! Perfect for strolling and enjoying with family and adults The apartment is clean and identical to the photos, the space is nice and the beds are very comfortable! The host was responsive and good advice and guided us well throughout the stay! We made the most of it and will return to this apartment for our next stay in Dubai!

We had a great first time in Dubai thanks in particular to Hamdati's very comfortable and spacious accommodation. The rooftop pool is a treat, the gym very nice and the presence of staff at reception H24 is really a plus. We recommend eyes closed.

I had the most wonderful time staying here. Everything was great. The apartament has the most beautiful view both nice to watch at night and day time, from bed. You can walk to Dubai Mall and Carrefour. There is also a shop you can use in the building. The pool si great to gang by. And they also have a great gym. The host is so nice! She helped me every time I wrote and responded within seconds. She was very friendly and helpfull. She even let me have a later check out because my flight was in the evening. I apreciate this so much because I could enjoy a whole last day in Dubai because of this. I can't wait to come back and stay here. recommend it with all my heart and asure you you will have a wounderful time here! Cheers everyone!

What a lovely little place! The hosts were so lovely and responsive. Checking in was super easy and they even set the table for our arrival. The location is very central to Town Square - lovely restaurants and coffee shops within a few metres. The space had everything we needed and instructions were very clear. A bonus is that the apartment is right near the elevators which helps when lugging shopping or suitcases.

Every thing was good about this property. The place is exactly same as described n as per the pics posted.

I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!

This was an amazing stay in the heart of Dubai Marina with an incredible view! The flat was very spacious and comfortable, clean and stylish. Me and my mother really loved it!

It's near the metro station and a 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is also a supermarket on the ground floor that is open 24 hours which is convenient.

The apartment is as described, clean, well-equipped, perfect for 2 people. The canal view is relaxing and the view of the Burj Khalifa exceptional. Juan Manuel was always very responsive and even anticipated our questions. We'll most certainly be back.

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

It was a wonderful stay at Rohini- charming green settings with old world ambience. Felt pampered in the lap of lush greenery .. The large living spaces merging magically with air, light, stone, wood , plants and the lovely bamboo furniture all made it feel well worth the stay ! The host and staff were all extremely helpful right from instructions before arrival to the welcome drink - not to miss out mentioning the food was superb . Will definitely go back for a stay and also itching to try out their other properties !

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

Great place for a getaway. Accessibility to the main city was little tedious but overall had a lot of fun. Looking forward !

It was absolutely lovely staying here, the villa is part of a gated community with amenities like Tennis, pickleball, squash, gym, games room, a big swimming pool while the villa itself is super clean with amazing interiors and has a private pool of itself. The Host is great, very responsive, you can get in touch with him anytime and he will help you out in anything You need. Overall it is one the best places to stay in North Goa, You’ll want to keep returning to this place again and again.

Michael is a superb host, seamless stay, all as described, great communication and super location close to all amenities. Will be back in January 2026 and will use Michael again, highly recommend, professional host.
