Introducing Quinta do Araçá, your peaceful retreat on the coast of Santa Catarina! We are located in the Araçá neighbourhood in Porto Belo-SC, with access to the beach in front of the accommodation, just across the street. We have access to other very good beaches in the neighbourhood itself, such as Praia do Araçá, Prainha where we are located, the famous Praia do Caixa D'água, and Praia do Estaleiro with its crystal-clear waters. A very quiet neighbourhood. You can get around on foot. There is a grocery store, a bakery and good restaurants nearby.

The Residential is divided into 4 apartments, and you'll have an apartment with a private entrance, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a barbecue area on the balcony, a kitchen with all the utensils, Wi-Fi, a furnished space, eight security cameras and a monitored alarm. Parking space for one car in a closed garage with a gate. We do not rent for parties. We have 2 kayaks, beach chairs and buoys.

We do not recommend it for children.
